I cannot say enough about how PHENOMENAL Maddie was! She was so sweet, caring, listened to what I needed, and helped me make modifications as needed! I am a first time yoga adventurer and not once did I feel awkward or uncertain about what I was doing. I will definitely be back!

Maddie’s classes are always so challenging, in all the right ways! I feel stronger & my posture has improved ten fold! Attending classes for 6 weeks now, no two have felt the same. I highly recommend adding align to your fitness schedule!

If you are considering a yoga and Pilates studio, I highly recommend checking out Align. Maddie is incredibly knowledgeable and her voice is so soothing! If aesthetics are important to you, her yoga space is absolutely gorgeous with natural light for the daytime and the perfect amount of ambient lighting in the early morning and evenings. This studio has a certain cheer and calm that she has somehow curated - best I've experienced in the area!

Went to a mat Pilates class tonight and it kicked my butt! All the moves are scalable and can be done from beginner to advanced using different options. Maddie is the best and talks you through all the movements while creating a fun and positive environment with really good music.

Maddie does a great job of differentiating for different people! She offers a ton of alternative poses and movements, so if you’re brand new or super experienced, there’s definitely a place for you here! As a beginner this was perfect!
Place was also incredibly clean and calming. Everything is offered on site! So you literally just need to show up and she’s got you covered with everything else!

Maddie’s teaching is nothing short of exceptional. She strikes the perfect balance between guidance and encouragement. Her attention to detail makes each class feel thoughtful. You can tell she’s honed her craft with real passion.
Each sequence felt fresh, purposeful, and engaging, blending strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a way that left me both energized and centered. She cues with clarity, and her energy is incredibly motivating.
Let’s talk about the music—absolutely incredible. It elevated the whole experience. I want her playlist every time!
Whether you're new to yoga and Pilates or more experienced, her class offers something valuable to everyone. I left feeling stronger, more aligned ;) and genuinely uplifted. Can’t wait to come back!
