Been trying to start a membership for 3 days. Nobody has answered my calls, or opened the door when I knocked between 11 am and 5 pm on 3 separate occasions. I scheduled a 5:00 with Nicole, and received text confirmation, but there was no one when I arrived. I waited for 10 minutes and called several times too. It’s like they don’t want my money 🫤

False advertising. It clearly states that they are giving away 8 vouchers for a 6 week transformation. I signed up for it and made an appointment. When I showed up to the appointment I met with Nicole. She showed me the Gym. We talked she explained what the class all included and times/days. Then she showed me laminated piece of paper that states that the 6 week class is $499.00. Or I can do a 12 month for $49/week. I told Nicole that the post never said anything about the price. She said I could get it for free if I lost 20lbs. Once again it never said anything like that on their post. Nicole proceeded to tell me that the person who does advertising must of missed that part. Never been to any Gym and was going to give it a try and see what the class was all about and if it went well then be a member. After this false advertisement I will not be getting anywhere close to any Anytime Fitness. Also in a text it stated that as a thank you for showing up to the orientation Nicole was going to give me a cookbook. It never happened. Once again false information. As a business owner my self this is not how you promote business or get new customers. Very disappointed with this.

The people that run this are not fit to run a facility like this. The place is not clean or organized, the upkeep is horrible. So glad that i am moving towards the end of the month so where I won't be able to have access to this kind of gym at all. I feel that they need to be honest and upfront in the beginning and explains things in greater detail.

They have discriminated against me on several occasions over 3 years. I tried to come back with new management and still was hassled. I have worked out at 8 different locations at least 3 x's(including being member of the month for picking up after others and always wiping down) or more and this is the only one that has ever given me a hard time for anything.

I would highly recommend the 8 minute extra drive to Waukee's gym off Alice's Road.

I would to emphasize that I was asked to clean up before starting workouts. To try and avoid areas, that other people were walking through, and to be quieter lifting weights that I was doing sets of and not dropping or slamming. No other gym has viewed the way I work out as slamming weights. No other gym has asked me to avoid using equipment, even though others were allowed to use the same equipment. No other gym has assumed that I wouldn't put weights or equipment back before I even started using it. This was not a single occurrence and it was not for a single issue. I want to make that clear. I have been singled out for years everytime I go to this gym.
