I have been working with Cole for the last two months. I had reached a point where I just wanted to feel better. Working with Cole twice a week has improved my strength and endurance already. Everyone at The Barn is so nice and welcoming. It is an incredible environment to work-out in.

Cole is my personal trainer meeting once a week. He created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my upper body strength, flexibility and balance. Cole is always pleasant while reminding me to maintain correct body position. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Cole. "

I have been at Barn fitness for about 3-4 years. In the beginning fitness was new to me and Cole was very patient getting me started. Now my kids are excited to go too. It’s a good place for any level beginner to competitive. It’s a refreshing environment in the country and fun people to workout with. Flexible times group sessions and individual. Give it a try. Never give up on your dreams!

What a great place to workout at!
Cole Block helps steer you in the right direction. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, compete in sports, or just want to feel healthy overall.
I love what Barn Fitness has done for me. My blood pressure is lower , my body fat has improved, and overall I have gotten stronger .
I have made allot of wonderful new friends here as well.
The atmosphere is awesome!

Been with Barn Fitness/Cole for over 5 years. Love the workouts and the versatility from day to day. My running have improved as well as my strength. I would not go anywhere else for my fitness when I get what I need at Barn Fitness. Great place to go as well as awesome fun people to workout with. Truly the best.
