Like many of us, I spent months trying to motivate myself to workout on my own schedule in the comfort of my own home... unsuccessfully! I finally took the plunge and tried out my first Spin Cycle class with Sarah at Barre 563 and was not disappointed. While I could not quite keep up with the class, I did not once feel judged in the comforting and safe environment that this establishment has to offer. They accept ALL levels of fitness, including complete novices like myself. The instructor provides a great deal of motivation during the Cycling... and I was able to push myself harder than I would have in my own home on my own treadmill. I have signed up for a few of there other classes that they have to offer, and I cannot wait to experience those as well. As an introvert, walking into a new place with strangers can be intimidating but this establishment and all the attendees makes you feel OK and understand that we are all there because we WANT to better ourselves, and I definitely recommend visiting to absolutely anyone who wants to achieve overall better health (mentally and physically) in their lives.

I've been attending classes at Barre563 for almost 4 years. To me, that says a lot about the classes, instructors and studio. To date, I've not done any other type of classes for this amount of time. The variety, the ability to do modifications for an exercise, and the level of instructor all speak to the effectiveness of Barre. There is no competition to keep up with your neighbor. You can work at your own pace and the results reflect the effort you put into your workout. Don't be afraid - just do it! You'll be glad you did!

Barre563 is everything I have needed. I have been going to classes since April and I can feel an overall change in my body. The classes give a different challenge each time. I get so excited for every class I attend. The instructors are informative and incredibly helpful. I love this place!

Barre 563 has helped me learn to listen to my body, while toning and lengthening my muscles. The workouts are very challenging, and can be modified for any fitness level. The studio is new and bright, the owner is welcoming and was eager to help me obtain my fitness goals. They offer many different classes to fit into your schedule, as well as different types of classes. I love it!

I went with my daughter for my first visit Oct 2016. I am not a gym person and very shy. I immediately felt welcomed at this studio. I have continued to go at least twice a week since. Everyone from the teachers to the students are friendly and encouraging. I absolutely love it! Never thought I would ever say that about working out. I have seen so many improvements in my strength and tone. My posture is improved as well as my self esteem. To address the ONLY poor review here- I guess to each their own. But I intend to continue driving from East Moline all the way to Bettendorf for this great class!

I attended my first class almost a year and a half ago now and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I stepped completely outside my comfort zone to even walk into the studio, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and encouraging. I've experienced so many positive changes in my body, including muscle tone and a stronger core. Each class is a challenge and I love the satisfaction I feel after. It's a total body workout, and as a runner, it's proven to be an excellent cross training option for the all-around strength of my legs. While training for my first 10K/Half Marathon challenge weekend, I cut back my time at the studio because I was worried about overtraining. I battled knee pain during both races despite wearing a brace and KT tape. Lesson learned. When I continued training for my second challenge weekend a couple months later, I kept to my usual barre schedule and ran pain free with only taped knees. Aside from the physical aspects, I've also made some great friends during my time here. More often than not, the hour I spend at class is one of the best parts of my day.

I have now been doing barre for a month now and am seeing AMAZING results in my body and overall how I feel!!!
This IS NOT a pure barre class, it is barre. And I love that. There are modifications offered for people who are just starting out all the way up to advanced. It's great having a range to grow into.
Sarah runs an AWESOME studio!! I have never left a class not smiling and not hanging around chatting for an additional 15 minutes after class.
This is EXACTLY what I needed and am getting my body back to where it used to be.
BARRE 563 is PERFECT!!!!

Barre563 is a wonderful studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and push their clients to be their best. It is a perfect place to disconnect from the busy world for an hour and focus on being a better YOU. You will feel physically stronger and see changes within a couple of weeks! Barre focuses on toning arms, strengthening and shaping legs and glutes, while constantly working on building a strong core. If you're ready for a great change surrounded by great people then this is the place for you!

I have been taking classes at Barre563 since the studio opened. The studio is beautiful, clean, and everything is well-organized. I've taken classes from every instructor here, and they are all very knowledgeable and appropriately tough in terms of the content in their classes. The regular barre classes are challenging and fun, and you will notice results within a couple of weeks. The bootcamp and spin classes are an excellent addition to the regular barre classes, and a great way to add cardio to your fitness routine. The advanced class is really, really tough (not sure what the other reviewer was talking about); the instructors give a lot of options in terms of modifications should you need them. I love the music-it's energizing and perfect. There are a huge variety of playlists for not only each type of class, but also for each instructor. In my opinion, this is the best fitness studio in the Quad City area.

Barre563 has been a God sent! I started working out here two years ago and I absolutely love it! The workouts make me feel strong and confident, and coming here after work is the perfect was to melt the stress away. I have back issues and this studios' focus on form has been incredibly beneficial in keeping me safe and pain free. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone!

The instructors are so nice, the workouts are as intense and effective as you want to make them. If you focus on form and push yourself, you'll see results. I always feel very good and like I'm more aligned with better posture and have more energy and motivation after class. I have been attending for 1.5 weeks and already see results.
