If you want to have a little fun while being assisted and challenged on your way to better fitness B-Cubed is a great choice. Nick has tortured (oops I meant trained) me and my wife for 11 years. The workouts Nick gives us are whole body and a few exercises have been consistent, he always mixes in new ones he has “dreamed up.” My original goal was to accomplished the first 2-years—losing 40 lbs and getting out of the “pre-diabetic condition. This was driven by the daily amount of calories of high protein, good fat and low carbs Nick helped calculate. Now my workouts and diet are maintaining my BBB—Body By Berger. My physician tells me to compliment my trainer and to “keep doing whatever you’re doing.” BP, heart rate, cholesterol, triglycerides, oxygenation…all in healthy range without any meds!! And my old body often needs Nick’s background in kinesiology to exercise with and around new knees, shoulder surgery, arthritis and other ailments. Thanks, Nick, for keeping me going.
