The best gym in town. The community is unmatched. The variety of workouts is great and ideal for optimal health. So many success stories here. Trainers who meet you where you are at in your journey, complimentary childwatch, focus meetings, and one on one in a group setting are just some of my favorite things about burn boot camp. You dont have to be in shape, or even have previous exercise experience to excel here. It means more here for sure.

It had been years since I've been in a gym, much less one that ever offered childcare. I tried a tough Saturday morning class as my 1st. Everyone was welcoming, and the trainer was able to accommodate me and offer alternatives for my knee. I only do it once a week...it's a nice getaway for me. Staff is friendly and so are the members. Get ready for tons of high fives!

If you like group fitness and a challenge, this is a great gym. The space is clean and the staff are great. If you are new to fitness or getting back into it after a long break, this is an especially good place to start. They cater to moms, by providing childcare and tips for healthier lifestyles, and it works. I tried different session times and the later in the morning you go, the less intimidating the crowd.
This place is not for you if you want solitude during your exercise.

I’ve been a member at Burn Boot Camp for about a year and a half, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The community is incredibly supportive and welcoming. No matter your fitness level, you’ll feel encouraged and right at home. I love the variety of classes and class times, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule.
The trainers are amazing, always so encouraging, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you have an injury or need a modification, they’re quick to offer alternatives that will still challenge you without risking further discomfort. It makes a huge difference in feeling safe and supported during every workout.
One of the biggest game changers for me has been the free child watch. It removes one of the biggest barriers for me as a parent, and honestly, I’ve run out of excuses not to go!
While I started primarily for my mental health and Burn has been amazing for that, I recently began scheduling focus meetings (should’ve done that way sooner) and I’m now seeing major changes in my body too. I feel more centered mentally, stronger at work, and just more energized overall.

I used to go to the gym 6 days per week and after becoming a mom, I paused that part of my life and when I found out about Burn, it was like being able to have both worlds together, nowadays I can go to the gym and having my toddler looking at me from the window, at Burn, at the same time and it just makes my day happier and lighter! I wish all moms could have a Burn Boot Camp near them.

I can't say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp! It's truly transformed my approach to health and fitness. After 1 month of being a member I feel great. Everyday is a challenge but when that 45 minutes is up you feel like you accomplished so much. Everyone is so supportive of each other it encourages you to finish strong. The trainers are first class and know just how much they need to push you to meet your goals. It’s great walking in the doors everyday being greeted with a high five from all the staff. On Saturday I had the owner working out with me in my group and she was right there encouraging me as we finish the day.

From the time you walk in the door you are motivated, by being greeted with a high five, which continues throughout the class. This is a group setting with an individual feel. It's nice for beginners, the instructors walk through what the workout is going to consist of and they actually demonstrate it along with modifications! After the demonstration we get into groups and start the workout. The instructors will walk around the class checking form and encouraging you to keep going or to try harder, everyone gets picked on, so you know, they actually care! Some of the things that make burn stand out over other gyms are: the floating floor- you're sore from working out, but your joints feel good. They have 1 on 1 focus meetings- Here you can discuss anything, from where your goals are, or why you might have had a bad day and just need to vent to someone. They also have FREE CHILDCARE! For me this was huge! My daughter asked me every day if we are going to exercise because she wants to see her friends. This has made it easier for me to stick to having burn become a lifestyle change, not just a gym, I have to go to.

I've struggled for years to find the motivation and enjoyment in exercising, something I loved greatly in the past. I made the leap of faith and joined Burn and within 2 weeks, it had made an impact on my life both mentally and physically. I'm not going to lie, the workouts are tough, those first 2 weeks are mentally tough to keep pushing yourself to show up to that next class, but the amazing instructors work with you to challenge you while also ensuring you are successful! The classmates are also so empowering, everyone is always supporting eachother throughout the class. In addition to those items, they offer free child watch, my kids enjoy going so much that on the day or two I might not be able to go, they are bummed. So having my kiddos around while I'm working out is a whole other level of motivation and enjoyment without losing that valuable family time. I couldn't recommend it enough. Workouts are fun and always changing, I'm now a few weeks in and have learned so many different variations, that every class is something different and engaging.

Being only a few months post partum, struggling with finding a routine and having social anxiety, this place has been perfect.The workouts are fun, challenging and always different. I started burn freshly post partum lost at where to even start. Walking through the door you immediately feel welcome. They have a big smile for not only you but your little one. I joined Burn 3 weeks ago and it was the best decision ever! Everyone welcomed me with open arms and I felt the support from staff, coaches, and other members of Burn! There is constant “high fiving” throughout the classes that keeps the motivation on an all time high. The workouts are challenging but rewarding. It doesn’t matter where you are with your fitness journey, the workouts are for everyone, and there is always a modification! I never thought I would say I’m addicted to working out, but this is hands down the best experience I have ever had in a group fitness setting. For the busy parents, the childcare is an unbeatable perk!

I cannot say enough great things about the Burn Boot Camp community! I love the work outs and I love the community! The trainers are so supportive and they really challenge you while correcting snd helping you learn better form so you get the most out of your work out; I love that and I think it shows the care and education/skill level of the team there. The entire team at Burn Boot Camp is so wonderful. I actually love all the layouts of each work out; they go by so fast.

I have been to or worked at just about every studio in Dubuque. I cannot tell you how awesome this place is. What I really want to emphasize is that I saw multiple coaches (even though there is only one in charg of each class) walking throughout the class today correcting form and ensuring safety. That is rare! You have no idea how many injuries or near injuries I have witnessed in classes, because instructors/coaches don’t want to make the effort! Warm ups and cool downs every time. Worth every penny so glad I joined!

I love Burn Boot Camp! I have been wanting to get back into working out and Burn has been that motivation for me. I joined Burn specifically after that first workout I did. I was needing a workout class with trainers to help me, and that is exactly what Burn offers. The atmosphere is indescribable. It has made me look forward to the camps. Not only do the trainers motivate you, but also the workout buddies you meet along the way. They also teach you many things about nutrition which is just another bonus! Burn Boot Camp has become my new favorite thing to look forward to during the week! I love all the instructors and the classes are fun and challenging. No class is the same which I love. And if you're worried the classes will be too hard or you won't be able to do the exercises, the coaches are so accommodating and willing to get to where you're at in your workout journey. For me personally, I have a herniated disc so some exercises on lower body days, I can't do without causing too much pain/irritation. So, I make sure to follow the modification or ask for a different one if needed. The coaches are also super helpful in making sure you have the right form and are using the proper technique for any given exercise. They want you to succeed and it truly shows.

I’m loving Burn Boot Camp! I used to be a gym girl and then life and a kid happened. Finally after 2 years I was looking for a new gym that would just kick my butt and tell me what to do! This place is it! They push you to do better and are encouraging throughout the whole 45 minute workout! I also LOVE that the membership includes child-watch while I work out. It makes life so much easier to get to the gym and and finally do something for me without having to worry about another daycare.

Burn has been the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. The atmosphere is amazing and fun. The coaches push you in the most encouraging way.
