I’ve been training with Ryan, the owner of Catalyst Gym, for over 8 years, and he’s the best!
The classes are always fresh—about half treadmill and half weights—so you never get bored. Whether you’re a runner or a walker, you’ll feel challenged at your own pace.
Ryan is great at pushing you just enough while cheering you on, and the environment is super positive—everyone’s focused on their own workout with no judgment.
Catalyst classes are the perfect mix of accountability, variety, and results! Give it a try-you won’t be disappointed!

I’m on week three and I’m feeling so great. Going to the gym is so good for my mental health. I always leave in such a good mood and feel energized for the rest of the day. Scheduling a class online helps me with motivation and accountability. Ryan looks out for me and makes sure I’m engaging in the proper form - if I need to go easy on myself I can - having the group heart monitor on the screen is so motivating to give myself that little extra push!

Classes are a group fitness style w friendly members. Designed w heart rate interval training sessions on rowers, treadmill and strength equipment, each class is unique but focused on certain muscle groups each day. Absolutely love it!!
