I love the personal attention given to everyone during class. I did not have that experience at another Pilates club.

I have really enjoyed attending Pilates classes here. Everyone has been so welcoming. I had not done Pilates before this and all of the instructors are very kind in teaching how to properly use the reformer. I have never been embarrassed when asking for extra help to make sure I am doing it right!

I've been attending the studio for a year and a half, and my mobility and strength have improved significantly. The instructors are exceptional at modifying movements to fit your body and needs. People of all ages attend, and the studio has such an encouraging, non-intimidating atmosphere.

Erica and her team at Core Athletica provide an excellent client experience in a clean, welcoming space. I had never done reformer Pilates prior to starting here, but have tried many other studios and class types. Classes here are challenging but fun. Due to the supportive environment and individualized instruction offered, I have been able to correct imbalances, heal injuries, and physically feel better than I have in quite a while.

I have taken 40 classes at this studio as of the writing of this review. I had the beginnings of an upper back hump and vertebrate degeneration in my lower back. Not only have I finally found an exercise I truly enjoy, but I have more mobility in my lower back and my posture is improving!
The instructors are excellent at explaining the mechanics behind a movement and are always willing to help with any modifications you may need!
I would definitely recommend Core Athletica Pilates Studio to anyone!

LOVE this studio! First, it’s beautiful and clean, and most importantly the class was incredible. Super knowledgeable instructors with brand new reformers! I've been doing Pilates at Core Athletica for over a year now, and I can't say enough good things about it! Erica and her amazing team—Kaylyn and Lauren—are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to help you get the most out of each class. Since starting, my body feels stronger and more balanced, and the daily pain I used to have from degenerative disc disease is pretty much gone. I whole-heartedly recommend Core Athletica to anyone curious about Pilates—you might be surprised at how great it can make you feel!

You cannot find a better place to practice reformer Pilates. The instructors here are knowledgeable and you always get a great workout. I am much stronger and have much better posture than when I first started. The classes are great for beginners all the way up to advanced as the instructors will offer different variations to make sure everyone achieves their best results. The app makes it very convenient to sign up for classes. Do yourself a favor and try out a class at Core Athletica. You will not be sorry that you did!

My sister is training to become an instructor at Core Athletica and encouraged me to take classes with her -- it was such a great decision! I had no clue what I was in for, but I did know that I wanted to work on my core strength and feel better and stronger overall. Erica + Team are such great instructors, really know how to break it down for someone like me who is not super body aware, and they really make you feel welcome and at home. 4 months later, Pilates is a part of my weekly routine... I'd been searching for a Pilates studio for my daughter to join after a year of semi-successful PT following a knee injury and reading a lot about how Pilates could help with the chronic pain she was suffering from; that's when I saw the Core Athletica sign go up. I went home, looked through Erica’s website/blog, and read about her experience overcoming knee pain and her journey in Pilates… I knew it would be a great fit, so I signed her up. She started at the studio to learn Pilates and, hopefully, find some pain relief and prevent further dance-related injuries- she benefited immensely, physically and mentally- and enjoyed it so much that when I suggested she start Erica’s instructor certification program, she agreed. Best decision!
Erica is a fountain of knowledge- body/anatomy, health, nutrition, holistic care- and she’s an excellent teacher; her willingness/eagerness to mentor my daughter has been life-changing. She has grown so much in the past year and is stronger, more confident, and in far less pain than when she began Pilates- she just FEELS so much better overall. There is nothing that I don’t love about Core Athletica ! I had never tried Pilates on a reformer until a few months ago and it didn’t take long to feel different overall and after each session. Core Athletica is hands down the best studio I’ve ever been to. The instructors truly care about you—they always check in if you have an injury to make sure everything feels okay, and they push you in the best way every single class. I love that no matter how long you’ve been going, the workouts never feel easy. The intermediate class is especially awesome—it challenges even the regulars, which keeps things exciting.
Beyond the workouts, the studio itself is always super clean, and the atmosphere is just so welcoming and relaxing. It really feels like a family here. If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you while making you feel supported, this is it!

Core Athletica is wonderful! I used to dread exercising, but the classes with Erica, Kaylyn, and Lauren are fabulous. They're all attentive to adjusting movements to my ability and my problem joints. I've had neck and headache problems for most of my adult life and going to Core Athletica made them disappear! While I was going consistently I never had to take Tylenol for headaches or see a chiropractor for my neck. When I took a break because of my scheduling everything came back. Erika and the staff are so knowledgable and helpful. During traditional workout classes 'm always looking at the clock and the time goes by so quickly here. I would recommend Core Athletica to ANYONE!

My PT invited me to try this studio (I have had several joint surgeries) and now I'm hooked! Erica and staff are so knowledgeable! Awesome workouts combining strength, stretching and breathwork. I highly recommend doing a one-on-one session to get oriented to the moves and get the most out of the classes --worthwhile investment! Beautiful studio too!

I love Core Athletica Pilates! Erica is absolutely amazing at what she does, and truly cares about you and improving your strength and health. She is so knowledgeable in all aspects of health and Pilates. The workouts are challenging, but relaxing and so much fun! The studio is beautiful and relaxing, as well. The red-light therapy sauna is also amazing! If you are considering trying it out or signing up, don’t hesitate. I have tried a lot of exercise programs and this is, by far, the best out there. I was initially nervous about spending the money, but I have found investing in my health and well-being to be worth every cent. I can’t say enough good things about Core Athletica.

Best Pilates in town! I've been to various Pilates locations around town and haven't found one I love until now! Erica and team are very knowledgeable about Pilates, pelvic floor function, and how different each body is. They take the time to really get to know their clients and how best to help them optimize their workouts. I also love that this is more than just a Pilates studio! I attended a Pelvic Floor workshop a few weeks back and love the knowledge that was shared and how holistic their approach is to overall health and wellness.

If you are hesitant to try out Core Athletica, don’t be! I never thought I would be a pilates girl, but I have loved learning from Erica!! I love reformer pilates! I first started in reformer Pilates in 2010 and love the knowledge and modifications available at Core Athletica Pilates Studio. As a physical therapist, I cannot recommend Core Athletica enough as a method to maintain gains outside of physical therapy and truly connecting to your core and breath.

My wife asked me to join her for a class. I was not expecting to get a workout but I agreed to go. During the class the movements were slow and the resistance didn’t feel like much (I never even broke a sweat). I honestly wasn’t sure I got much of a benefit, other than time with my wife.
I was so wrong!!!!
The next morning my legs and core were sore in all the best ways. It was amazing to me how slow intentional movements could do so much. I think we are conditioned (especially men) to think we must throw around heavy weights in order to gain a benefit. Adding this once a week would make a great compliment to any program, especially if you want to strengthen your core.
I will definitely be back!
