Great gym! The facility itself is very clean. It has everything you need and more for your workout including a variety of weightlifting machines, plenty of free weights and cardio equipment. It also has a room utilized for class workouts but that is available for use during the day. We are from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed having this facility close by to utilize. Thanks again Cougar Fitness!

Amazing Gym. The owner is a great guy whom is a body builder himself so you have all the equipment you need. Can't beat having 24/7 access and the free programs he has available to follow are great. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking!

I’ve been a member of Cougar Fitness 55 since it opened. I’ve used their personal trainers, taken spin classes, boot camps, Zumba and individualized weight lifting. I love it all! Veronika and John are experts in physical fitness and very accommodating. Their support workers/ fitness instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place! Great value to ACKLEY.

Great gym with everything you need to do any exercise program. They offer multiple yoga/spin/group classes. Instructors are always helpful and that goes for the other gym goers as well. Good atmosphere all around. Facilities are clean and equipment is well maintained.
