Beautiful facility, great energy, excellent coaching. My daughter has played for several teams including one of the major AAU travel team operations up in Hiawatha, but this is far and above the best coaching she's ever received. So grateful to have such a great resource so close to home.

If you love basketball you need to ask for lessons from Tristan Spurlock, a college standout and NBA drafted talent. I rehab athletes of all levels and once I know they have the foundation strength to start playing again, they go to Tristan because he understands what it takes to train for and compete on the highest stage. He has the mindset and the skills to elevate anyone's game. He is humble so you won't hear him talk about how he coaches a lot of college standouts in the Iowa City/North Liberty area already, you will improve personally and athletically. Give him a call!

I can’t speak highly enough about Darryl’s work with my daughter and the other players he works with. He has such a connection with the players and instills an incredible amount of confidence in themselves. Beyond the skills training, which is phenomenal, Darryl builds a rapport with his players and parents that is uncommon in the industry. I can’t recommend Darryl and staff enough for the work they do.
