Whether you are new or a veteran to crossfit or to fitness in general I highly recommend this place! Workouts can be scaled to any fitness level so all you have to do is show up and put in some work. You will start to feel and see results almost immediately. Coaches and members are very welcoming and highly encouraging! Great place to get your fitness on 💪🏻

Crossfit 50211 is just what our growing community needs! If you're looking to make your health a priority and up your fitness game, this gym is definitely for you. Knowledgeable coaches, friendly members, and flexible times to fit nearly any schedule. And, if you're intimidated by CrossFit, don't be. You can scale any movement to fit your needs! Definitely recommend.

I was invited to try out Crossfit 50211 with a friend. I had a little background knowledge on some of the basic moves, so it was a great chance to see what it was all about. I attended the 5:15 am class which had about 10-15 other members working out at the same time. Areas are sectioned off for COVID mitigation reasons and wipes are available to clean equipment before and after. The instructors (Mason and Jake) were great and took the time to show the basic movements prior to the circuits. They also provide workout routines for kids at specific times which is always a good opportunity to get the kids doing something outside of normal sports. Great place, fun atmosphere and no prior experience necessary with the positive and no judgement staff.

I have felt welcome and encouraged since the first day I walked into this gym. The workouts are scalable to anyone's physical fitness level and the coaches are there to help get you to the level you need to be at. Everyone I have met at this gym has been encouraging and welcoming. Each day/workout is different and fun!

People often find walking into a new gym intimidating but it doesn't happen for a second here. The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are helpful and Mason is a true professional with a clear passion to coach.

I started going here on the first day they opened in June of 2018 at the age of 60. I was very out of shape and had not done any structured exercise program since high school. It has been nearly a year now and I am very pleased with the program and the progress I have made. I am much stronger, more flexible, have better balance and feel so much better than I did a year ago. I am able to scale the workouts to my level while working out with people half my age and in much better shape. Everyone is encouraging and helpful. The coaching is all about using good form and safety. Even though I have consistently pushed myself, I have had no injuries. I plan to continue going daily as long as I can.

I started at 50211 less than a year ago and I thoroughly enjoy each workout and pushing myself to get better. The people that workout there are like family and it helps keep you motivated to keep going. Mason is a leader and Coach as well.
