It’s a great gym! Don’t go looking for a ton of machines or cardio equipment. It’s gritty and pretty much free weights only, which is exactly what I want in a gym! The owner is super nice and willing to work with you on a workout plan.

This is a gym for serious strength athletes. Powerlifter, Olympic lifters and competitive strongmen. There are no machines or cardio equipment.
