I just completed the 6-week, 20-pound challenge with Elite Edge Transformation, and the experience was absolutely worth it! The program pushed me in all the right ways—physically, mentally, and even in terms of time management. There were definitely days when I had to dig deep, power through fatigue, or squeeze a workout into an already packed schedule, but every single effort added up.
The structure of the workouts and the support from RJ & Hannah kept me accountable, and the strict diet—while tough at times—was a huge part of the results. Sticking to it wasn’t always easy, but seeing the scale move and feeling my energy improve made it rewarding. By the end of the challenge, the progress felt real, earned, and genuinely life-changing.

I had an absolutely awesome experience at Elite Edge! From the moment I walked in, the energy was incredible. The trainers are truly next-level—knowledgeable, motivating, and always focused on helping you reach your goals. RJ and Hannah, in particular, are the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. They push you in all the right ways while still making every workout fun. The environment is positive, welcoming, and full of members who support and uplift each other. The music is always on point, keeping the workouts exciting and high-energy. Elite Edge is hands down one of the best fitness communities out there! I took on the Elite Edge Six week challenge. I learned that with consistency of training and with the proper diet you will see the results you want. You have to stay honest with yourself and stay strong not to eat something that’s not on your diet. There were days I didn’t want to go but after going it felt so rewarding. I lost almost 21 pounds by the end. I loved this challenge. It’s great. You learn to push yourself to see what you can do. There were difficult days especially after some weigh ins and you don’t see the results you wanted. You’re provided everything you need to know to be successful and they’re there to answer any questions you may have. Hannah and RJ are fantastic coaches there to help you on your journey. The workouts are a combination of strength training and cardio which I thought was the perfect mix up. The gym has a great environment with everyone there to help one another and make sure you have the proper form so you don’t get hurt. The music playing always got my blood pumping and ready to workout. This is a great gym and I’m glad I got to take on this challenge and work hard with everyone there. I highly recommend taking this challenge if you have 20 pounds to lose and you’ve been thinking about it.

I came to elite edge feeling unmotivated and needing a fresh start, so I signed up for the 515 challenge, which helped get me closer to my goals. The coaches helped set small goals to reach a big goal...The coaches greet you with so much energy and help you remember why you started to begin with. They help correct your form, and they always demo the movements before we start. They really are here to help us make goals!! SouthSide!!!

I just completed the 5 week challenge, I feel better than ever. I really enjoy the environment, I love the motivation RJ and Hannah give me when I’m doubting of my self. The workouts are really fun, you never get board because they are different, each day you walk their you can guarantee you will give your 100%+. And this is just the beginning of my weight loss. Whether you are a well-oiled machine or just starting your fitness, I can't recommend this place highly enough. Hannah, RJ, and Lucas all do a great job creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I'm happy to say that I'm down 45 lbs in just 12 short weeks, and I just signed up for the next year. The program here is a perfect blend of strength training and cardio. The workouts are optimized so that you are isolating the correct muscle groups, so there is no wondering around for 20 minutes figuring out what to do or waiting for a machine like a typical gym. The coaches do a great job encouraging and pushing without being "pushy." Do your body a favor and try them out today!
*update* A year later and I still love this place! I just completed a 5 week challenge, and it was great for me. I'm still working towards my goals and everyone here has been a huge part of that!

Elite Edge has been a complete game changer for me.After having my twins it was difficult for me to lose my baby weight.Since joining Elite Edge and incorporating high intensity cardio and weight training I have been able to lose over 12% body fat and learned how to fuel my body to see results. Bryce, RJ and Hannah are amazing and so encouraging. I look forward to every class and I am so glad I made the decision to join.

I loved the gym when it was in Cedar Rapids, however the gym closed in June 2024 suddenly, due to issues with coaches I paid for the full year. I was told I’d receive prorated amount back. After numerous emails, Joe told me I was next on the list back in September. It is now January 2025. I would like my money.

I just completed the 6-week challenge. I managed to lose 7% body fat, but I am not finished with my journey just yet. I couldn’t achieve these results without RJ and Hannah. RJ has the best words of encouragement and pushes everyone to their full potential. I appreciate Hannah for being very attentive and checking in to make sure I have reached my goal over the past few weeks. The gym environment is very positive and welcoming. The workouts are a lot of fun after you get into the routine of things. I am so much closer to the results I am looking for thanks to Elite Edge.

I was excited to start the 6 week weight loss challenge. I wanted to lose weight and get healthier but I also knew it would be hard. The coaches and members are very encouraging. My friends and family gave me motivation and encouragement that I needed also. The diet was very strict but you are eating every 3 hours. The private facebook groups were nice to see everyones progress, and ask questions. I am happy to say that I was able to lose 28.6 lbs in my first 6 week challenge. I had the opportunity to do a second 6 week challenge.
The second 6 week challenge was tougher for me. I was able to lose 20 lbs in the last 6 weeks. It's crazy that I have lost 48.6 lbs in 12 weeks. I know I wouldn't have been able to lose this weight on my own. The trainers are so awesome, push you and want you to succeed. Thanks to Elite Edge for the support and pushing me in the workouts.

I had gotten really unhealthy during the pandemic and gained a lot of weight and had a poor diet. I joined Elites' 6-week challenge to get myself on track. I've lost 48lbs in 12 weeks. The program each day really targets your entire body. Dont get me started on the amazing coaches! Makes you feel like you're doing one -on-one training. I recommend anyone who needs a pudh to get started on a healtheir lifestyle. Be warned. Once you start, you'll keep going!

I just finished my first 6 week challenge and I lost about 24 pounds! I was nervous at first to be in a group setting for workouts but it was so much fun and everyone there is so positive. I really enjoyed the level of hard work everyone puts in each day. I attended the 5 Am class and really appreciate Lucas for all his coaching and hard work!
It’s crazy how much progress I made in 6 shorts weeks. I enjoy the gym class so much that I signed up for a year membership and look forward to my progress over this next year.

I started 2024 around 240lbs and told myself l'd like to weigh 200 by the end of the year, that sounded attainable for me at the time. Completed my 6-week challenge last week and lost 21 lbs! Yay! Staff at both locations was truly great! Had to stick to a very restrictive diet and daily exercise challenge, but it worked! If youre in the Des Moines area , wanting to lose some weight, and HIIT it, get in touch with Hannah at the Des Moines facility and sign up!
Exercises include challenging upper body, legs, and core exercises along with boxing added in for cardio. Available schedule is 6am, 7am, noon, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm, plus times on Saturday morning. Different time and locations have different instructors, so theres plenty availability to switch around. Other requirements include changing FB profile logo, daily check-ins (30 workouts in 42 days), reviews and shares.

I just finished my first six week challenge! I lost 22.5 pounds and I feel better than I have felt in years. I have alot more energy and drive for the day. I still have another 6 week challenge to do and look forward to going to the gym everyday. All of the trainers really take time to motivate and push you to your goals. Push yourself and you will see results with the plan they layout for you. This is one of the best decisions I have made in a long time and I am so happy that I did. I started with Elite Edge Southside with the recommendation of a close friend who completed a 6-week challenge to transform her body and lifestyle. I adopted the same view in November 2023. I have completed two challenges with resulting in amazing progress. I did the 6 week challenge at Elite Edge on the Southside and I would totally recommend Eliet Edge if you are looking to shed some pounds. I absolutely love the results and was amazed with the overall the process. Hannah and the other instructors are great instructors. After the 6 week challenge, I ended up loosing losing a total of 29.3 lbs.
I have worked out at another gym before I Elite Edge and found that this gym has a better balance of exercises and a better variety of exercise equipment. Hanna and the other instructors are very friendly and motivating without being overly aggressive which was incredibly helpful in my ability to achieve my goals. I am looking forward to see my results after my next 6 week challenge. Time to get back to work!!!!

I completed the Back to School Challenge and I'm more than happy with the results. I was able to lose 21 lbs in the six weeks. I had been trying to lose weight on my own and this challenge helped me achieve my goal. It's challenging, but if you follow the diet and put in the work, you will succeed. I feel better and stronger. All the coaches were very encouraging through out the challenge. Hannah would check in to see how I was doing and Josh and Lucas were very helpful and fun instructors. During the workouts they don't hover over you, but do let you know if you're form is incorrect so you do workout the muscle group that you're suppose to. The gym environment is fun and very welcoming. Every day is a different workout so you don't get bored with the workouts. I also like the variety of workout hours. I recommend Elite Edge to anyone in any fitness level in thinking of achieving their next health and fitness goals.

If you are looking for a fun challenging and weight loss gym, Elite Edge Transformation is the place for you. Don't look more because at Elite Edge Transformation you don't only work out but rather train for a future you. If you ask me, I am more thankful with Elite Edge because they literally transformed me into a new person, not only because they helped me in the process of losing 32 pounds but also because they helped me make healthier choices. I am really proud of myself because I had tried different methods for losing weight, but I would always give up and never accomplish any of them. However, with elite I felt welcomed and always had a coach behind me telling me "Don't give up" or "you can do it". I would totally recommend elite edge transformation if you are looking to shed lots of pounds. Specially the six week challenge which I took. I've completed the 6 week 20lbs
challenge. I lost a total of 22lbs.
And most of the time it was fun and challenging. The trainers are excellent they know just how to motivate you for maximum results. You must be careful with your diet because you can't out work a bad diet. If you're looking to lose weight or just get in shape I highly recommend Elite Edge. I love elite !! Did another 6 week challenge and lost 20 with a couple days to spare - FTDI !! And go Saturdays .. lol.. convince yourself you love cardio. What makes this gym work - are the trainers governing every preplanned workout , pushing & encouraging you to push through. They alternate weight & cardio days and never had the same workout twice that I can think of. It takes a little motivation to get up and go - but just do it. After first week you feel stronger - after second week the initial aches are pretty much gone - adding weights strengthens and builds muscles and there’s no short supply of daily squats to get your A $ $ RIGHT ! Lol ..

I completed the six week challenge. The results were excellent! I love the structure of their diet and exercise plan. I have worked out at another gym before doing CrossFit and found that this gym has a better balance of exercises and a better variety of exercise equipment. It was a lot more diverse than I saw at my previous gym.This was a great way to jump start my summer and I look forward to continuing exercising here throughout the year. I thrive in a class setting versus trying to work out on my own. The staff are very friendly and motivating without being overly aggressive which was incredibly helpful in my ability to achieve my goals.

I completed the 6 week challenge, losing a total of 23.3 lbs. Hannah, Lucas and Chico taught most of the classes I attended, and were great instructors. They motivate you to work hard and push your body to the next level. The classes are intended for people at all stages of their fitness journey, and modifications for each exercise are included if needed. The variety of workouts provided a good full-body transformation, making me feel strong, toned and ready to feel confident as we transition into the summer months. The diet is strict, although I found ways to incorporate the foods into meals that I enjoyed and will continue to eat after the challenge. I recommend Elite Edge Transformation Center - South Side to anyone interested in losing weight, joining a positive, upbeat gym and becoming part of a community.

I just completed the six week challenge to lose twenty pounds in six weeks, overall it was a great experience and great success!
The trainers at the southside are great, always answering questions and always pushing you to be better, the regulars there are also great as they don’t look down on you and also help and push you along the way!
The meal plan was definitely one of the hardest parts overall but once you get past the 1st and 2nd week it is a breeze!
As long as you do what is told all will go smooth and you will be healthy in no time!
I would recommend this challenge and gym to anyone trying to get back in the health game!

I completed the 6 week challenge and am so glad I did it. That first day meeting with Hannah and Lucas they stated I had to do the hard work but they would be there every step of the way. I put in the work but they also did what they said they would do as well. They encourage and push me and hold me accountable. I have never been the one to say I enjoyed working out but here I do enjoy working out. The other members are also so encouraging. They all make me feel like a part of something special and is a big part of why I am now a continuing member of the Southside Savages. Anyone on the fence about taking this journey, all I can say is I don't regret my decision at all and don't think anyone that puts in the effort will either. I have more goals to reach and cannot wait to see what I accomplish next with this great group of people in my corner.

After slowly making a comeback after sustaining a bad ladder fall injury a few years back that exploded my lower left leg and ankle, I was finally given the green light to get back to higher impact training again (but kicking with that leg and hitting an object with any real force is sadly out). A friend had recommended Elite Edge - South Side Des Moines. I knew the only spot I could put my time in that didn’t clash with the family and multiple job schedules, was 5am. Having won a big contest before at another gym (going at 5am) prior to the injury, I knew my determination would not be a deterrent; I was more nervous about how the leg/ankle would hold up. Additionally, the opposite knee was stressed from compensating for a couple years of walking differently and I needed a brace for stabilization, and I had an old rotator cuff injury from coaching baseball for years. So, I showed up kind of a physical mess, but I was ready to do whatever I could to get my physical health back. Lauren and Hannah were so great about helping me find alternate exercises and motions to do until I redeveloped mobility and flexibility. The first couple weeks were very tough, but that only fed my determination. I knew I’d hit that finish line if I just pushed as well as I could. I made a goal to get back to my weight I was at prior to the injury, but that would require losing 24 pounds in 6 weeks…I rounded it up to 25 and dove into the Challenge. Heading into the 5th week, I’d already lost 17 pounds, when one of our son’s got COVID, and then the rest of our family did. I expected obstacles, but not that one. I lost a few days in there, but then I hopped right back in from home. I SO appreciate Lauren sending me extra home workouts until I could return! That really kept me going. Because I pushed hard and FTDI with the food plan nearly to a “T” and had Lauren’s and Hannah’s support, as well as that of our FB support group, I successfully completed the 6 week challenge at Elite Edge on the south side, losing 23 pounds…just one pound short of my goal, but at least more than the goal of the Challenge. I have since become a member, am stronger than I was before the accident, and I am really driven to reach more nutrition and health goals! Can’t recommend highly enough --> EE-SS! Just. Do. It. If I can fit it in, you can, too.

I successfully completed the six-week challenge at elite edge and to say it was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself would be an understatement. The coaches and staff are awesome. Everyone is so kind and quick to help out whenever you need it.
I could not have done this without the help of my coach Lauren. She is nothing short of amazing. She’s very supportive and devoted to helping everyone work to achieve their transformation goals. I’ve always been hesitant to join gyms as i’ve always felt judgement and never known what workouts are effective. At elite edge, you never have to worry about that. The workouts are consistently changing and the coaches thoroughly demonstrate each movement.
The things I love most about elite edge are that it’s judgement free, the coaches are personable, understanding, and driven to help you achieve amazing results. I would highly recommend elite edge to anyone wanting to transform themselves and their lifestyle.

I just completed the 6 Week Challenge. The Covid period made me break a lot of the good habits that I had built and I was ready for a challenge to keep me accountable and kickstart my journey to improve my health. The challenge combined 5 day/week exercises and dieting.
If you are new to working out, are not familiar with certain moves, and get nervous about working out with people, do not get intimidated. Stick with it and the moves will become more intuitive, the people in your class will become familiar, and soon not going to the gym will feel more strange than going.
The class is for people of all shapes, sizes and skill levels, your coach is there to demonstrate any any moves you need, talk to you about alternative options for your body and abilities, and recommend how you can work towards a living a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. Coach Lauren taught the morning classes I attended. She truly wants to be there to help people and will correct your form to ensure you are safe in your movements. She is able to find a good balance between pushing people but not to the point where they feel demoralized and she's willing to take the time to listen & talk to you--even when she's busy with classes. Ultimately she was supportive and helped keep me motivated throughout the challenge.
I'll be continuing to go to this gym after the challenge for the support and community and to continue to work towards bettering my health.

I needed a kick start after a long and stressful winter. I had no idea what I was signing up for, but I decided to give it everything. The workouts are fantastic. I love the way every day was different and it was a great blend of cardio and strength training. The energy in the room with so many people pushing each other is fantastic and so are the coaches :) It was hard to follow the food plan, but I'm a pretty adventurous eater and found ways to still make delicious things! I'm so glad I took the plunge and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to work hard and change their habits.
2022 update! With the pandemic, Elite adjusted with online Zoom workouts, but it wasn't quite the same. When they opened back up, I wasn't ready. But this summer, I came back and had missed it so much! I love the friendly faces, the amazing coaches, and how they work hard to help you achieve your goals! So glad to be back!

I completed the 6 week challenge at Elite Edge on the south side! I was shocked at how quick I saw results and how much more confident I felt. This challenge was mentally hard for me but gave me incredible results that are definitely worth it. I hadn’t worked out in years so walking into this I was a bit out of my comfort zone. However, Lucas, Lauren and Hannah were super supportive and constantly reassured me that I was doing great and pushed me to keep going! The trainers at Elite Edge are absolutely amazing! After following the diet and working out 5 times a week I was able to lose a total of 23 pounds in 6 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with my results! I just completed my 6-week challenge. Elite Edge Transformation Center South Des Moines is a great place to jump start your exercise routine. Lauren is amazing. She is truly there to help people be the best version of themselves. She was able to adjust some exercises to meet my limitations, which really helped me to keep moving and to get stronger each week. The workouts are varied enough to keep it interesting and the atmosphere is fun and upbeat. The hour passes very quickly. I would recommend checking it out. I started going to Elite Edge 6 weeks ago and at 54 years old had not worked out in 25 years. Lauren was my main instructor and enouraged me and help me do alternate workout moves till I became stronger and was able to do the do the routines each day perfectly. I took Elite Edge’s 6-Week Challenge. I did it. I have always been active, but my fitness routine had lulled into leisurely walks around the block with my elderly dog and a few floor exercises. And, almost daily Happy Hours. I needed a good butt kicking! The Challenge was “simple:” follow the instructions and check-in on Facebook for accountability. Yikes! Each workout was tough and different than the day before. Thank you, Coach Lauren, for your patience and 1:1 instruction, for making sure each of us got the most out of every workout. Each day required discipline to stick to the plan and the eating schedule. Six weeks, 13 lbs., 7% body fat, and a new path forward – ALL WORTH IT!

I'm proud to say I just completed the 6 week challenge! I was always pretty big into fitness and sports in highschool and college but once I got a little older I started getting lazy and eating more and getting bad habits. Or I would go to the gym consistently but not fix my eating habits and just say I was "dirty bulking" as a excuse. I would always be stronger but cardiovascular wise I was very out of shape and did not feel healthy.The reason I chose to give elite edge a try is because the have a very good mix of lifting weights and cardio. Also I would say I'm a pretty experienced in lifting but alot of times Trevor and Lauren would correct my form to make things easier and more efficient They're both very knowledgeable and help motivate everyone to be there best! Every time I go to class it feels like a family and everyone is very helpful. I recommend Elite edge to everyone!

I just finished my 6 week challenge and I have so much to say!! This place is incredible. To say I don’t have an athletic bone in my body is an understatement. I am not the best at anything physical, but even within 6 weeks I feel so much stronger, agile, and fit. They really make you feel like you can do anything here. (The secret is you truly can do anything) I went from 188lbs to 165.6lbs and I have so much confidence back. I have been sleeping better, my mood has been better, and I am so proud of myself for completing this. If I can do it anyone can, and everyone here makes it 100% possible. I just completed the 6 week challenge and was successful in meeting the goal of 20 pound weight loss. I went from 181.5 lbs to 160.3 I feel very proud of myself! The coaches, Lauren, Trevor and Hannah were all very motivational and very helpful. Everyone you meet in the gym are very welcoming. At first I thought six weeks was a long time, but it went by so fast! I really liked all the different exercises and the different hours options. I just completed the 6 week challenge and was successful in meeting the goal of a 20 pound weight loss. The coaches were all motivational and helpful with making sure I met my goals. The workouts varied and it did not feel like you were doing the same thing over and over. The toughest part for me was the nutrition plan but once I got it dialed in I had good results. I liked the numerous class options provided so there was never an excuse to miss a day of the program. I would highly recommend this program as a jump start to any fitness goals.

Personally, I had a phenomenal experience here! The people, the workouts, and the diet are all very easy to do as long as you just push through and do it. Lauren is a powerhouse of motivation and is truly inspiring. She’s goes above and beyond what is expected. Hannah who coordinates everything is also great. She is very detailed when talking about the expectations of the program and not only that but she attends the class with you sometimes. I just finished the 6 week challenge with my husband
and we did it!! I did the 7%body fat and I accomplished my goal. The gym is very clean, the environment is very positive and not judgmental, but most of all very friendly. I started this challenge with no condition at all but trainers are the best, patience and understands the conditions of every person. Trevor, Lauren and Hannah make it fun and make sure you are on track. Follow your diet, no cheating, if you try your best and follow the instructions you are set up for sucess. The staff here are truly amazing! The environment is second to none! Music choice some days are spot on and others are very interesting but thats part of it to keep the spirits up and to keep you motivated. Day 1 - Confused, Intimidated, self-conscious.. and thinking maybe it wasn't for me. By the end of the week, I knew I was going to commit. I've done other programs and the different workout routines every day make it hard to get bored. 6 weeks in.. major changes in the way I feel mentally and physically. I completed back to back 6 week 20 pound challenges and saw great results! I let my fitness get out of control after graduating college and Elite Edge helped me get back into a routine and was the perfect challenge I was looking for! I was nervous I wouldn’t make the second challenge, but Lauren and Hannah helped push me in every way to ensure I made it! They even provided at home workouts for me when I had to travel across the country!! Everyone I encountered during the classes were so warm and welcoming and very supportive! The check-ins and changing your profile picture on Facebook almost stopped me from doing these challenges all together, but I am so glad I got over that and decided to give it a go! I was a bit skeptical in regards to the challenge, too good to be true!. From day one, our coach made it clear, FTDI, (Follow the Damn Instructions) results will follow!. Lauren you were right, I FDTI, and lost 27lbs. I have a bad wrist and she work with me on modifying some of the exercises, so I can meet my goals. I would highly recommend this place if your really motivated and dedicated to put all the work in along with the sacrifices you will have to endure. I had a great time pushing myself at this location. Hannah, Lauren, and Trevor are the absolute best. I did most of my classes in the morning with Lauren and she is a great coach who really cares about you and your goals, and works very hard at helping you push yourself. The coaches are very knowledgeable in helping you prepare your body for the challenges that it will go through while you are pushing yourself to achieve the results you want. The workouts have tons of variety to keep things from being boring or repetitive, and the pump up jams are top notch! Above all, this fitness center is a family. I began my journey at Elite Edge not 100% sure of what my goal was. Yes, I wanted to lose my Covid weight (and pre-Covid weight) and I wanted to start exercising again but I wasn’t confident that I really could – especially as I approached 65. I knew that as I got older and busier, I spent less and less time taking care of myself. I had lost stamina, strength and confidence and I wasn’t at all sure I could keep up with an intense workout program. And I really didn’t want an overzealous instructor yelling at me to keep up. From my very first conversation with Hannah to the one I had today, I got nothing but encouragement. The classes are hard, especially when you haven’t worked out in awhile but everything was demonstrated and explained. Lauren was great, she paid attention, she was knowledgeable and she was my biggest cheerleader. I never had to do anything that I couldn’t and no one made me feel inadequate because I was struggling and I did struggle. I don’t know if this is true of every class but the participants in the one I attended were a big part of my success. I got words of encouragement, helpful hints and I felt a genuine feeling of welcome. I was able to accomplish my goal in the 6-week/20# challenge and I really do feel like I earned it! The real prize I earned was confidence. I won’t ever be the woman I was at 25 or 35 but I will totally rock 65. I am proud and excited to become a member of the Elite family and am looking forward to becoming a better, healthier me in the future.

I used to never have any motivation to go workout or eat better before I did my 6 week challenge. I watched my mom be so happy with her results from her challenge so I was like why shouldn’t I give it a shot?
I highly recommend doing this challenge or even just working out here because it changes you mentally and physically!! I started at 203lbs and dropped down to 180lbs in only SIX WEEKS! I also feel like the diet helped me the most with losing all of this weight. My first week I lost 7 pounds due to cutting out coffee!
Working out here is never a dull moment either, the music is awesome, the workouts make you feel really good, and the trainers are absolutely amazing and push you to do your best! This is a super awesome place to workout and get healthier! You should check it out, you won’t regret it!!

If you are thinking about joining or signing up for the six week challenge DO IT! I just completed my six week challenge, I had to lose 7% Body Fat and ended up losing 7.9%. When I signed up I didn’t think it was achievable but clearly it is. The workouts are amazing and never get boring, old or repetitive. Lauren was an awesome coach, she was always pushing me and motivating me to keep at it in the gym. She would also check in on a regular basis to make sure I was sticking with the diet and seeing results. I’m a picky eater and didn’t think I would be able to stick with the diet, but I was able to get creative and make it through the six weeks sticking to the FTDI diet. You will not regret this one but if you join.

When I had started at Elite Edge, I had gained so much weight during the pandemic I hated taking pictures. I felt some consequences of all the lack of movement and my leg muscles were slowly becoming weaker. I decided this year I wanted to slowly get back to my baseline and make the active choice to choose healthier living every day. I was able to do the 20 pound challenge and even from just the first week I felt the difference. I was slowly gaining more energy and with every sit up I felt my stomach shrinking. I recommend Lauren as a trainer. If you do what you told with diet plan and exercise than there is no way you will not lose weight. I started at 248 and my last weigh in date was 12 weeks Im at 198 today. I have more energy today and better earing habits to continue. I no longer have to take insulin due to weight loss which is a blessing. This has changed my confidence and if it wasn't for Lauren to keep me pushing through the hard roads I don't know if I would be where I'm at on my own. I highly recommend this gym and anyone that gives there all with succeed. Never give up and follow the plan and you can do just like I did. If you want it bad enough it will happen.

I just finished my 6 Week Challenge for weight loss, the goal was to lose 20 pounds. I started on my own in the weeks prior and really felt I needed some accountability and I saw a friend was starting the challenge, so I called and talked to Hannah. The first contact with Hannah was good, I walked into the gym and was immediately intimidated by the various jars of supplements on the wall, the weights and racks on the other walls, and the smell of working athletes. I listened about the program, asked questions, and decided to try something new. I am so overwhelmingly happy I stepped out of my comfort zone. Brady and Lauren were always ready to answer my questions, push me farther each workout and encourage me through my "slip-ups" rather cheating behaviors. The trainers there help you push yourself for better and are always concerned about their trainees. If you have never worked out or don’t know anything about going to the gym, I recommend this transformation center! They help you with any questions you may have and they are right by your side no matter what! I struggled to get to losing my 20 lbs in the challenge but I was helped by my trainer and manager to lose the few extra pounds I had to lose in a week and I ended up losing 21 pounds!! You don’t just change physically, but you change mentally as well by always thinking positive. Anything is possible if you put your mind into it.

Taking the Elite Edge 6 Week Challenge has been one of the best moves I’ve made during this turbulent and challenging year.
Like so many people do, I lost sight of maintaining a healthy diet and exercising over a 3 year period. I was miserable. Finally, I decided to do something about it and enrolled in the Elite Edge 6 week challenge that had always popped up in my Facebook feed. During the challenge I focused on eating clean by following the meal plan provided. I attended all the classes during the week along with some Saturdays (which is recommended, though not required). My trainer, Lauren Springer, was very patient and watched closely to ensure my form was correct and pushed me to my max.
Having just completed the challenge on 8/22/20, I can honestly say that I feel rejuvenated. I am down 22 pounds as of my last weigh-in, my clothes now actually fit, and my energy level is through the roof. Happy to report that I will be continuing with Elite Edge and look forward to the next challenge they have planned.

I have been fairly active during my adult life. I have always enjoyed a good challenge and mixing things up. Over the years I’ve done 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons, and triathlons. I’ve enjoyed Cross Fit, Orange Theory and similar programs over the years. Those programs bought good workouts but limited results. Turning 50 brought weight changes. Covid 19 brought the shut down and working from home steps away from my pantry. I was lethargic and could feel my clothes tightening as I worked from home. Something needed to happen. The Elite Edge Six Week Challenge would often appear in my social media feeds. I decided it was time to do something.
I enrolled in the Six Week Challenge. My first day was July 13th. I followed the simple meal plan. I hit the gym Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. The workouts were great. Coach Lauren Springer would always mix it up. She was great to make sure the movements where done correctly to get the optimum results. The weekly Monday morning weigh ins would see a few pounds in the first weeks and then the weight started coming off. My carb intake was adjusted in the final weeks to see more results. At my final weigh in I was down 21 lbs at 154.5 lbs. A weight I had not seen since 2012. I highly recommend Elite Edge Six Week Challenge to jump start your healthy lifestyle and long-term maintenance. Here is a brief review of my experience with Elite Edge South Des Moines and their 6 Week Challenge.
First off, they have classes to choose from all day. It was easy to find a time that worked perfectly for my schedule. I chose the 6am time slot because I just don’t wake up early enough for work… Lauren is my trainer and my experiences with her have shown me that she loves helping others improve their health and life. She makes a priority out of hard work and accountability. She achieved that with me through a positive, personal, and disciplined approach. The workouts were fast paced and she pushed me very hard. I liked the structure Lauren created in the workouts.
Next we have the FTDI meal plan. I found it to be very restrictive in regard to what I could eat. But I never felt hungry. It definitely worked for me though. An interesting side effect to the meal plan is that I became a better cook. There were so few things I could eat (for six weeks), it forced me to get creative with the spices and combinations. I actually enjoyed this about the challenge quite a bit.
Overall, I believe the program works. I have a lot more energy and I like the people they have in place to help me achieve my personal health goals. I even joined Elite Edge after the 6 Week Challenge was over.
This program is very hard. But with a positive and committed attitude, even more rewarding.

Elite Edge Transformation Center has the most amazing vibe. From the graffiti wall art, the layout, and the available equipment. The Elite Edge trainers were very knowledgeable, passionate, professional, and just overall fun to be around. I enjoyed every single workout I've done there, mainly because of the positive approach to fitness, which made the workout go by a lot faster. You will be challenged mentally and physically all while having a great time.
So, wether your goal’s to get back in shape, fit into those pair of jeans you out grown, or if you just want to look amazing for an upcoming event; Elite Edge is what you’re looking for. Elite Edge has changed my life since I started in 2018. It has become a part of my daily routine. A workout a day helps me mentally and physically and motivates me to work hard the entire day. The atmosphere is great, the community is welcoming, and the coaches and members are extremely helpful. I had my son in February and I just knew the only way to get my baby weight off and enjoy it at the same time would be to join Elite Edge again. I started my six week challenge in June and lost 21.4 pounds. I am beginning another six week challenge in hopes that I lose another 20lbs. I have enjoyed Elite. All you have to do is wake up, show up, and work for an hour as the workouts are already prepared for you. EliteEdge has changed my life. I had been a member at the Y for years but was always to scared to go lift in the weight area. I had fears of lifting wrong and not knowing what exercises to do correctly. The trainers at Elite are awesome and walk you through all the exercises! If your doing it wrong they teach you the right way. No judgements from others. I always felt very encouraged and was looking forward to seeing what the next day brought. My husband and I joined elite edge 6 weeks ago to complete the challenge. After pregnancy , winter, and quarantine I needed something that was going to give me a push to get motivated. Elite did just that! I am not only down 21 pounds already, but have noticed several changes in my own strength. The atmosphere is great, the workouts are always intense and challenging, the instructors are awesome and always pushing you to go harder, and there is always someone to answer any questions regarding the program, nutrition, workouts or anything else you may have some concern about. I love Elite! My coach, Lauren is awesome sauce!! My sister had just completed the challenge and met her goal so that’s the reason I decided to try a challenge on my own. I also went to a friends and family week with her & instantly fell in love! I had a membership at the Y & was working out 5 days a week before I started my challenge, but I wasn’t really meeting goals or getting to where I wanted to be. There was no one to push me or help achieve my fitness goals at the Y so I had hit a plateau. I love the environment and the group workouts at Elite. The group workouts push you to work even harder. Every day you are doing something different and hitting muscles you didn’t even know you had. During my 6-week challenge, I lot 7.9% body fat and 19lbs!! #boom! I am finishing up my first Elite Edge six week challenge. The program has literally been the best experience in a “gym” (accurately referred to more as a fitness family) since high school weight lifting for sports when I was part of a team! The support that the members, other challengers and coaches offer you is absolutely unbelievable. There is even a pretty cool group where people can share their struggles and questions with coaches and other members. The coaches and other people in the classes with you are very welcoming and make you feel that you fit in immediately! The classes are a lot of hard work but very effective and fun! This program is by far in my opinion the best I have been to (been to a lot).
The coaches are also amazing and work hard to help you stay focused and on track! The coaches are super knowledgeable about fitness and develop workouts that are very effective, and a nutrition list for you to follow! If you are honest with them about struggles and victories they will do their best to assist you and will hold you accountable (very efficient at this).
The challenge is six weeks long and you work out 5-6 days a week (minimum of 5, I do six). It is high intensity and you will lose the weight if you follow the damn instructions! One of the best parts, as long as you successfully complete the challenges your money rolls over to the next as long as you’re doing the challenges.
If you want a program that is effective, fun and supportive, Elite Edge in Altoona is definitely the place to go for all your transformation goals.

After seeing the boost of energy I gained after week one; it gave me life. I was a student athlete in high school and was in the United States Air Force. However in my late 20's to early 30's I let myself go. Heavy partying and heavy eating got me to an undesriable weight and level of fitness. I just finished the six-week challenge. I was very nervous to start a group workout since I have not done that type of exercise since high school. Everyone was very helpful and encouraging. I started the 6 week challenge on 2/3/2020. I knew that it would be a struggle to loose the 20 pounds, but with their encouragement, I was hoping that I could do it. The 1st week was a killer! It started rough, and by mid-week, I felt that I would have a real challenge ahead of me. The 2nd week things started coming around and not as bad. By the time I was done with my 3rd week, I began to see some progress in how I felt and what I saw in the mirror. As odd as it sounds, I began to look forward to waking up at 0430 to go to the gym. It was also in the third week that I decided to become a full member. Going forward, I realized that it is not all about losing 20 pounds so you can get your money back. That is just a small incentive on top of feeling better, looking better, having more energy, being healthier and losing weight. I'm at the end of my 5th week and I'm already amped-up for the next challenge. I 100% recommend this program for anyone up for the challenge.

Just finished the Smash the scale challenge and I couldn’t be happier with my results in just 4 weeks! This program was so amazing in so many ways. The workouts were great and really pushed ya girl to her limits. I’ve never been a workout person and I needed this. The diets were so easy to follow and maintain. I’m really happy I decided to try this challenge out. I lost 6 lbs in just 4 weeks and for me that’s a lot! I even went on vacation during the 3rd week and ate a little bad and I still saw results after I came back. The coaches were all amazing and they made each workout fun coming to. I never dreaded coming to the gym and I was excited to workout! That is so big for me!! It definitely was not easy but if you follow their plan and stick to the diets and workouts you will definitely see results! I have continued on my fitness journey with Elite Edge and continue to get stronger and healthier. The coaches encourage me and push me to do more than I ever thought I could. I have muscle definition and way more energy! I can honestly say that I look forward to working out each day. That is only because of the coaches, atmosphere, and other members at the gym. I highly recommend!
I have just finished my first 6 week challenge and lost 24lbs. The diet is restrictive, but the community helps you figure it out with a variety recipes! The workouts are tough, but the coaches are there to help make sure you are doing it right and to motivate you the entire time! I have doubled the amount of sit-ups and push-ups I was able to do from the beginning to now. I actually look forward to lifting weights each day! I never feel like people are judging me or my ability. Everyone (even the people who are clearly WAY more in shape than I am) are really encouraging! I seriously can’t recommend this program more!

I can honestly say the Elite Edge 6 week challenge has been one of the hardest yet most rewarding things I've done for myself in a long time. As a mother of three young kids it is easy to make excuses to not take the time for self-care, like exercise and eating right. But once I made the decision to join the challenge I realized how important it is to make time for those things and that it is not nearly as impossible as I once thought.
I went into this challenge mainly looking for something to jumpstart my motivation for working out, I needed that push. I was not originally concerned with winning a challenge but once I got started and saw how it works I realized my body was capable of a lot more than I gave it credit. When it came down to the last week I was amazed that I was within reach of the 20 lb and it pushed me to stay focused. The day of the weigh in I could not believe that the scale showed that I had lost a total of 21 pounds, I could not stop smiling.
I would not have made it through this challenge without Elite's amazing staff. Hannah Brammer is wonderful, she listens to your concerns, gives advice, and honestly wants you to succeed. The coaches at Elite Edge Brady, and Lauren are just incredible. Both coaches know how to push you out of your comfort zone all while making sure you are learning proper technique so you see results every week you work with them.
After every workout I felt wonderful. It was half relief that the workout was over but also amazement that I was able to get through it.
This is definitely a hard challenge but it should be, nothing easy is worth it and you will be so proud of your dedication and hard work once it is over. I encourage everyone to try it, you will not be disappointed!!!

I have never enjoyed going to the gym until I started going to Elite Edge South Side. I just completed my first 6 week challenge and lost 24 pounds by following the nutrition plan and working out at least 5 times a week. About halfway through, I started going on Saturdays as well! I feel better than I have in a LONG time and can't wait to start the next challenge. Huge thanks to Brady, Lauren and Hannah for supporting me every step of the way. Do not be afraid if you are completely out of shape and are scared to death of going to a “boot camp”. The trainers and coaches will give you alternate movements any time you need them. Where do I begin, elite edge definitely gave me my confidence back. I could have easily continued with another 6 week challenge but sadly fitting it in schedule just couldn’t work anymore. But after doing the challenge I lost 22.1 pounds. Which is more then amazing to me. I enjoy getting compliments from coworkers and family on how good and healthy I look. I couldn’t have done that without the help of all the people at elite pushing me to be a better me. Brady with all the 4am classes and of course my rock Lauren with all the night classes. They aren’t just coaches they are family. In the future I would love nothing more then to either do another 6 week challenge or even become a member. After the last couple of years I had I had no where else to turn, this was the heaviest I had ever been, I was dealing with a lot of personal issues. The six week challenge is a neat program where if you follow their diet and lose twenty pounds in six weeks while working out, you get your money back. For me, the hardest thing to do is getting to the gym on a consistent basis. So that’s why I decided that I needed to be held accountable for showing up everyday. With the constant check in’s on Facebook and emails as well as the other people in the class expecting to see you every day, I felt like it was just what I needed to succeed! Starting the 20 pound challenge I was really nervous, as I was already at a "healthy" weight for my height. But with persistence and determination, here I am 20 pounds down! I would be lying if I told you this was a super easy challenge because the coaches really do push you to be a better version of yourself! Typically, it would be a business move to try and get your deposit and keep it, however, the coaches will do anything in their power for you to succeed in this challenge. The workouts are fun and engaging and as long as you FTDI, there shouldn't be any doubt that you will be 20 pounds lighter after this challenge! I would highly recommend the 20 pound challenge at Elite Edge South Side to anyone who is willing to make a positive change not only with their physical health but also with their mental health.

If you're looking for a gym that'll hold you accountable and motivate you, Elite is the place. They may cost more than other gyms, but you'll pay a lot more at the other gyms to get a trainer/meal plan/workouts. You definitely get what you pay for!
If you're doing the 20 pound challenge, the hardest part is definitely the diet. The workouts are easy compared to that. As much as I didn't like the diet (and won't eat chicken or turkey for a very long time😂), it was so worth it. I feel ten times better than I did in the beginning.
If you're even THINKING about it, rip off the bandaid and do it!

I just finished my first six week challenge on Saturday July 13, 2019 and it was fun. I have never done anything like this before so the whole this was brand new to me. I wasn't overly exhausting myself to make it to the workouts. Luckily there are many times to choose from if I wasn't able to make it in the mornings before I went to work. This was a great experience. The coaches are helpful and so are the gym members! I would recommend this gym due to the fact that they are beyond helpful and help you reach your goal

The gym is hands down the best around from the staff, to the workouts and the members. I just completed the 6 week challenge and have to thank Lauren and Chico for all of the grueling workouts and motivation (coach’s Brady teaches AM classes so I never got to have him). All of the coaches are certified and are great with helping everyone perform exercises safely and properly and adapt them if needed. You’ll never leave the gym without dripping in sweat, but you will see and feel the difference in your body if you stick to it! If you want to tone up, lose weight, and/or get healthy EE is the place to be!

So I finished my first 6 week challenge ever. I lost 12 lbs, not the 20 I was hoping for but I feel amazing. This is the first time in many years that I don't hurt everywhere all the time. I love the trainers and all the staff. I was very nervous starting out because I weighed 283 lbs. Haven't worked out in years & ate fast food all the time. I thought the working out would be the hardest but it was actually the diet. I managed though. I'm proud that I stuck with this even when I felt like giving up. I've gone down 2 dress sizes and all my pants are too big now. My blood sugar levels have gone from Mid 200s to low 100s. Thank you to the amazing trainers Lauren & Brady. Also to Hannah & Chico. When I got home from my first year of college I had gained the infamous Freshman 15. The old Katie would have laid in bed at night coming up with plans to lose the weight but never following through. I just completed a six week challenge at the Southside elite edge. It has been a great experience. I have not worked out for many years in this kind of setting and it has given me the motivation to continue to lose weight. I ended up losing 21.4 pounds in that six week period.It was a lot of hard work and dedication with the meals but it is doable. The training staff is great and are there to motivate as well as help you do the exercises correctly. I would recommend this challenge to anyone that would like to get themselves started back on the right path.

Truly transformational. This describes my journey with Elite Edge over the past couple of months. Before I started the challenge, I was living an inactive, lazy and quite frankly, extremely unhealthy lifestyle. I was horribly overweight, it was difficult for me to bend over and tie my shoes and I was winded going up one flight of stairs. I knew I needed to do something and do it quickly to regain my health. I initially signed up for the 21 day detox challenge, not really knowing what I was getting myself into. Immediately, I was hooked. I loved the meal plan, but more importantly, I loved the daily classes! For the first time in my life, working out was fun! The 21 days flew by and I saw quick results. I grew up being an athlete and went to college to play 3 different sports. Being active wasn't a problem when I was 20 years younger. I knew I had lost the motivation and was burnt out, but I always knew I wanted that back. I have always been a competitive person and coming to Elite Edge just relit that fire within me. I thought the six week challenge would be easy... the orientation went well. The weigh-in wasn’t difficult. However, the first workout on the first day of a six week journey confirmed just how astray optimism can lead us at times. The notion of over confidence eventually led me to the bathroom several times that first week to empty my soul. At that moment it would have been easy to quit and walk away with the little bit of dignity remaining intact. But that wasn’t an option. The only choice was to find a way to continue. And that I did, for the next five weeks I progressed little by little day to day. It wasn’t something I accomplished alone. I had help. Help came from a team of coaches willing to provide assistance, direction, suggestions and answers. And that combination helped me succeed in a way I was unsure of being capable of during that first week. Nevertheless, here I am twenty-eight pounds lighter beginning my second six week challenge ready to push the limits and test myself beyond what I previously thought was possible. It might not be easy but it will most certainly be easier.

I just completed the 6 week challenge and lost 23.9 lbs. When I first started I wasn't sure how it was going to go. The FTDI diet plan is very limited, and for someone who liked fried foods and sugar, this is a big challenge. You have to want to make the change. Meal planning will make or break you, and you need a good support staff, whether it is your family, friends, or coaches (Chico; Brady; Hannah Brammer). These people all were there to push us forward and be there when we needed questions answered or advice on how to succeed. They provide a good exercise plan and make sure you are doing the motions properly, to get the most benefit. As I look back, the diet would have been the hardest part to make a routine, especially if you eat out, but you can do it. When I first started it was a little daunting with the extreme meal plan and not being able to miss a workout. In the end the classes can make you work your but off, but you WANT to come back for more because you see the results. - I would definitely recommend it you need to recreate a new you and become healthier.

Physically I lost 23 pounds of fat, gained muscle in places I never thought I could and dropped two dress sizes. I can run faster, longer. I love it! Going in I had weight to lose and needed the accountability and push to be successful at losing my weight. The workouts are challenging for both the novice and the experiences athlete. It is all about the amount of effort you put in to the workouts. The structure and having someone tell me what to do during the workout was what I needed most. I have found the trainers are motivating and ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly and take the time to get to know you individually. The diet is hart to get a handle on but once you get into a rhythm of meal prepping that goes pretty smoothly s well. I can see why many challengers end up getting a membership when it is over. The environment is very positive and everyone pushes each other. I lost 23.5 pounds in my first challenge and am excited to get my second one started! If you are on the fence, I say JUST DO IT! You won't regret the decision to become a healthier you!

This is not just a gym, this is a family! Hannah, Chico, Brady and the other trainers made everyone feel important and welcome. I met a lot of people that were struggling with their weight (like me) and those that were striving to achieve a higher level of fitness with every workout. I felt with the group training sessions that I was a part of something bigger than myself. I took the challenge and lost 21 lbs. I did it through my hard work and dedication, but without proper workouts and meal diet plan, this would be just a diet. Everyday I would arrive to smiling faces and then get to work. Everyday was different. I was never bored and felt that I could accomplish more and more with every visit. I had a personal coach, Hannah, which encouraged me, verbally throughout the process. When I started this program I weighed in at 307.7 lbs, my knees were killing me, I would struggle for air after playing with my kids for a few minutes, and could hardly fit into any of my clothes! I knew I had to make a change! After 6 weeks I have lost almost 28 lbs, am running again, and feel great! I am going to continue what I learned over those 6 weeks to lose another 40 lbs kn my own. The diet is a struggle sometimes but the awesome people at Elite Edge (Hannah, Brady, and Chico) are more than willing to go above and beyond to get you to that finish line. At the beginning I was a bit lost and embarrassed because I had no clue on what I was doing regarding the workouts. However, the couches helped me a lot and were very patient with my slow learning ability. By the the way my couches are very nice and friendly . I started Elite Edge Center 6 weeks ago after I decided that I didn’t have enough will power to lose weight on my own. I was hesitant because I’m not that person who wakes up every morning excited to go work out.
I’m going to be honest, the 1st 2 weeks weren’t easy for me. I hurt in places I’ve never hurt before. The group’s Facebook page and my family who’d done the challenge before helped me get through those 1st 2 weeks. I was assured that if I stuck with it the pain would go away and my body would adjust. And it did!
At the beginning of week 3 I started to adjust to the workouts and I was already down 8 pounds!! My body started to actually feel good after the workouts and I was pretty proud of myself for sticking with it.
After week 4 my stamina started to build, I was starting to tone and I felt stronger...actually now able to do push-ups.
Tomorrow is my final weigh in. As of Tue I was .3 pounds from my goal weight loss of 20 pounds. I’ve been following the damn instructions (FTDI), listening to my coaches, and pushing myself and I know I’ve got this!!
If you’re where I was 6 weeks ago I highly recommend you signup for the challenge. It’s not easy but as one of the EE coaches says, “you’re worth it!”

I was so nervous my first day. I really had no idea what to expect, I was completely surprised at how much I really enjoy the class. Plus they have a 4am class (only one I could realistically make it to). I'll be started a second 6 week challenge in a couple of days and then I'll most definitely be joining the gym. Today was the last day of my challenge and I lost 22 lbs! It wasn’t easy but with hard work, determination, meal prep, and great coaches, I was able to lose 20lbs! This gym is awesome! The coaches and people are great and the atmosphere is upbeat! If you want some high intensity, full body, weight lifting, body weight workouts- this is the place to go! They push you to your limits in order to meet your goals! I'm in my 5th week of my second 6th week challenge and I gotta say elite edge is a great place with great staff and a great environment! These challenges have been very tough to say the least. Mostly changing my nutrition simply because the FTDI list isn't easy to adjust to but after about two weeks it was smooth sailing. The workouts were great and they have various times to adjust to anyone's busy schedule (I speak from experience). I love working out here and the trainers are awesome! I would like to give a shout out to Elite Edge Transformation Center South. EET has given me back the motivation I was lacking when it came to working out. Although I was very successful in completing the challenge it was difficult at times to push through. The dieting/eating healthier was very hard!!!! When you are use to to making unhealthy choices it’s hard to cut out all of the bad things cold turkey, but I did it!! I’m so thankful to the coaches who were there Chico Baccam and Brady Wheelock to help push me through to be a better me. Today I can happily say that I accomplished and fulfilled the 6 Week Challenge. I couldn’t have done it without all motivation from the coaches (Chico, Brady and Hannah). They pushed me to work harder than I ever thought I could. Before I started the challenge, I don't remember working out to my full potential. I have not be able to push myself like the coaches did. They always have the right words for you to keep going. I went into this challenge to better my health and feel comfortable in my body again. I don't remember the last time i have felt comfortable and confident in my clothes. I signed up for 6 week challenge on a whim. Little did I know how much of a life changer it would be. I was lost for several years. I went from being physically fit and playing soccer to no physical activity and an obsession with food. I had always used food as a crutch and instead of being that comfort it turned into my downfall. I was miserable and 50 pounds heavier than I used to be. I hid inside from the world because I didn’t want anyone to see how big I got. Elite Edge saved my life. The hardest part of the challenge wasn’t the workouts it was the food for me. It’s probably the most bland diet that takes away about 99.9% of what you love to eat. I got really sick of the food about a week and a half into it. It made the rest of the time very challenging and even got to the point at the end I couldn’t eat one single thing without gagging. But, I endured, trusted the process and made it through. The coaches and atmosphere couldn’t be any better. They are there for support and guidance 100% of the time and push you in good ways. My advise to anyone that wants to sign up is be 100% dedicated and ready to tackle one of the toughest things. The challenge is NOT a cure for addiction to food (like I hoped) but more of a huge push and eye opener for the rest of your life. The end result is so rewarding. I just went through an unbelievable transformation thanks to the coaches at Elite Edge. I learned a lot about not only how much I can push myself physically, but also how to reboot my mindset. The atmosphere of this gym is unlike any other gym I’ve been to, the trainers really get you going push you to get that last rep get that last sit-up, push-up.to get that last burpee in! The staff is really great! They are there to help you to make sure you’re doing each and every movement right and if you have any questions they are right there to answer them! They have just the right equipment to get you sweating. I recommend coming here if you’re serious about losing weight they’re system really works I lost 23lbs they help you achieve your goals! Put the work in and get the results you want!

I did the 6 week challenge and lost 26 lbs. was it hard yes. Was changing the way I ate hard Yes. Was it worth it. YES. I feel better about myself my clothes fit better. I’m able to push myself to finish most of the workouts. The trainers are fantastic. They have the energy to keep you going when you want to stop and will correct you if they see you doing a movement wrong so you don’t injure yourself. They are there to answer any and all questions you have about your nutrition or what you need to do to adjust to get the weight coming off if you Plateau. If your on the fence about doing this challenge get over it and JUST DO IT it’s definitely worth it.

I completed my first 6 week challenge today, and to say it was life altering is an understatement. I have always had a hard time keeping my weight in check but when I started here the motivation was there not just from myself but also the trainers, Chico and Brady. They push you when you need it and are also there for support as well. also everyone there working out isn't there judging you most are in the same spot you are, making a huge change in their lives by getting back into shape. I am not saying join just to join but if you are looking to better yourself for the long run this is a great place and the 6 week challenge is a great stepping stone. I am not going to lie the challenge isn't easy but if you FTDI like they tell you, you can finish it successfully and wanting more. I lost 25 lbs in the last 6 weeks and am starting my 2nd challenge Monday.

Just done with my 6 week challenge. It's been a difficult thing to accomplish but that only makes it that much better when it happens. This is the first time I do a program of this type and it really works as advertised. The group workout sessions provide accountability and the weekly weigh-ins provide a progress check to see if you're headed in the right direction. The staff is vested in making sure you are doing things correctly and not in a manner in which you will injure yourself. If you let them know of an exercise you can't do for various reasons, they will find an alternative that will not hurt you. In other words not cross-fit like.
If you are thinking of losing weight, they are a great choice!!!

Just completed my 6 week challenge! One of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. I needed that extra push and accountability to reverse the trend in my fitness and eating habits and EE provided just that. Chico and Brady were awesome coaches and Hannah was always there for support. If you’re ready to work and dedicate yourself for 6 weeks this is the place! I may not hit the 20lb goal but at this point I don’t care. They way I feel right now, it’s worth the investment!!! This is not a CrossFit gym. The strength workouts are more focused on power and they strive for proper lifting form. The cardio workouts do a great job of mixing things up. The workouts are hard but it’s fun at the same time! Very happy with the decision I made to give this place a shot.

Easily the best decision I've in a while.
I never gained the freshman 15 out of college, and I was always in the gym lifting and staying active.
post grad life wasn't as kind. I was still working out, but I had no accountability partners that would keep me in the gym and on track eating healthy.
Thanks to Chico and Brady, I'm healthier, stronger in will and physique, and back to eating healthy

Love love love this place I finally had some extra time to hit the gym and I decided to take the 6-week challenge because who doesn't have 20 pounds to lose they definitely live up to the expectation of challenge Twas a challenge but you gotta want it bad enough on your end as well and lost 24 pounds by weigh in day. If you stick to the guideline for FTDI you will succeed and the weight will begin to shed.

I have had a wonderful experience here. I did the six week challenge and finished it with great success. I am not going to say it is not difficult because it is but I will say it was completely worth it. I lost 24.3lbs but also gained muscle and confidence.
The staff is absolutely amazing. They are supporting, caring and completely non judgmental. They want you to succeed and believe in you! They push you but are understanding. I would recommend anyone that truly wants a change in their health to do the challenge. All you need to do is go in with an open mind, a willingness to push yourself and to follow the damn instructions (FTDI).

What an experience! It started out really hard. Meal prepping is a LOT of work, the workouts were exhausting (my body was sore everywhere), and drinking a gallon of water left me peeing every half an hour. It got easier though!! It helped that I actually loved everything on the diet and that I really enjoy working out. And that’s the reason I took this journey... to get my spark back and to push and challenge myself again. Plus I started seeing results (not really until the end though). Just like everything, it’s different for everyone and you might need some adjustments and that’s what the coaches are for. More than anything it’s possible if you just hold yourself accountable. I made it!! And I have this program to thank for giving me back that dedication, drive, pride, and overall spark I was searching for! Great people, great program, and great experience!

hello everyone today I want to share my own experience in elite edge.
I looked at a post on Facebook, then I read the content and it seemed interesting because in the last year I still gained a lot of weight. So I decided to join this challenge.
At first I was a little scared of how hard it could be, exercise, diet, six weeks.
but then I deleted that from my mind, and I started working on it, and really the exercise was difficult, but never impossible, the more time passed, the more I liked to train.
After my first weigh-in, I lost 6.5 pounds and that motivated me more.
In the second and third weeks I got stuck in the same weight, but my trainers SHAUN AND CHICO. They helped me with that, they always answered my doubts, they were very kind and respectful.
CHICO made adjustments to my diet and gave me support.
The training every time seemed better and
I really liked it. I also love that both coaches and ELITE EDGE members always motivate and help you
thanks to CHICO who was always attentive to what I needed, and to his support, I was able to successfully complete this challenge. I highly recommend this transformation center because it worked for me, and it worked for almost everyone who took the challenge with me, just always remember FTDI

I decided to sign up for the Elite Edge 6 Week challenge after I kept seeing it on my Facebook. I took it as a sign and an extra push to lose the unnecessary pounds my body was storing. Before the challenge I was pretty active doing 2 work outs a day 5 times a week but I didn’t really see the results I wanted. I guess that’s was another reason for entering the six week challenge. So I attended the orientation and afterwards I felt like I got myself into something that was impossible to accomplish because of the diet plan they provided. But after the first week of FOLOWING THE DAMN INSTRUCTIONS I stepped on the scale and saw the results I’ve been looking for. After the first weigh in I was hooked and the program became something fun to do. The coaches where on point and they broke it down if you had any questions or concerns. I appreciated the groups input because they gave me new ideas for the diet instead of eating the same thing every day for 6 weeks. I believe this challenge is a great investment in your future and your health. Highly satisfied with the habits I’ve gain from this challenge. “Your body can do anything your mind tells it to do, so dig deep and push through to achieve the results you want” I heard that from a coach while I was in the fetal position during one of the intense workouts and it will stick with me for a long time.

I just successfully completed the 6 week challenge and I have never felt better! The Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are more than happy to answer any questions you have a long the way. Everyone in class is very helpful and friendly. I have learned a lot about nutrition, what my limits are and that sometimes I think I'm at my limit, Coach comes by and pushes me a little more. I would highly reccomend this program and this gym. I will go on to do another 6 week challenge and I love Elite Gym so much, I have already signed up for a year.

Absolutely loved my experience at Elite Edge! I just successfully completed the 6 week challenge and couldn’t be happier with the results. After 6 weeks of learning to eat right, meal prep and to make time for myself to go to workouts. To be honest sometimes I was intimidated thinking “I wasn’t going to be as graceful as the next person.” But going there I never felt judged for my horrible burpees, or not being able to keep up. The members are just as encouraging as the coaches! The coaches were great at keeping me motivated and accountable! They answered every question I had quickly! They want you to be successful and help you every step of the way! I can’t say enough great things about this gym!❤️ This place and the fit family!

After a year of wanting to join the elite edge challenge due to negavite thoughts and thinking i wouldnt be able to loose the 20 lbs, i made a change jan 28 2019 and decided that it was time to join the team. 6 weeks of complete consistancy , 6 weeks of hard workout was worth it. IWON BIG, not only did i loose the 20lbs, i also gained confidence in myself, i can look in the mirror and feel GREAT about my body! I learned how to eat right (temptations was a hard one for me) but i didnt give up. & all thanks to the coaches, who pushed everyone and myself to keep going. I have never felt so good waking up in the mornings to go to the gym, i never thought i would even like going to the gym. Elite Edge is not just a gym to workout, Elite edge is A home, you feel secure about working out in front of other people because you know they wont judge. Elite edge is Family. Im so happy i signed up for the 6 weeks, & i know ill be back , because there is no other gym like Elite Edge!
I highly reccomend elite edge to anyone, no matter if you want to loose 10 lbs , 20 lbs or more, you will accomplish it, Just remeber to Never give up.

What an AMAZING experience the Elite Edge Transformation 6 Week Challenge was for me! Being a former college athlete, now coaching student athletes to be the best they can be, and not working out for nearly four years. I knew it was time for me to start practicing what I preach to all my student athletes. I preach every day about TWG (Toughness Wins Games) both mentally and physically. As you can see from my before pictures, that my physic was brutal and my mental toughness to be healthy and work out was absolutely poor. Who am I to preach to them to be the best you can be, when I wasn’t being honest with myself?
Is the program and diet hard, yes, but not because I couldn’t do it. But because my mind and our world is full of excuses and it’s easy to use excuses. Then we say, “Well they’re legit reasons and I don’t have to work out today.” NO YOU ARE MAKING EXCUSES, BECAUSE IT IS EASY & OUR WORLD SHOULDN’T JUDGE US BECAUSE THESE ARE LEGIT REASONS...WRONG!!!! THAT IS BEING MENTALLY WEAK!!!! I made the decision to stop making excuses, regardless of what my life is like, there is 24 hours in a day, and I can be mentally and physically stronger again!
I am proud to say after the Elite Edge Transformation 6 Week Challenge, weighing in at 232.4 lbs. I have surpassed the goal of losing 20 lbs and after today’s final weigh in my current weight is 206.3 lbs. With that being a total lost of 26.1 lbs in 6 weeks! I enjoyed this program so much that I have become a full-time member and I am looking forward to continuing my journey for a healthy body, mental toughness and breaking my EXCUSE mentality for an amazing life!
I highly recommend anyone to take this challenge. The support system is phenomenal, the workouts are amazing, and your coaches truly care about you and your success!

I signed up with Elite because last year I weighed 140lbs. And in one year I gained 50lbs. I had to constantly buy new clothes to go in public. My girl friend had done elite and lost all her goal weights and won a trip to Las Vegas. So I woke up one morning and decided I had to do something about it. So I signed up for elite 6 week challenge. The coaches were great always helped me when needed. Keep me motivated the whole time. Hannah really made me feel great about my progress. I really struggled the first 2 weeks only dropping 5 lbs. Hannah always responded to my messages and gave me great advice. I would recommend elite to all my friends and family. I learned that you must FOLLOW THE DAMN INSTRUCTIONS. Make all 5 workouts a week. Also elite has changed my life as a whole how I eat will be changed for ever. Last but not least MEAL PREP MEAL PREP MEAL PREP! Thank all of you guys for all of you help!
