Never even went there membership was transferred over and they continue to charge me even though I had no idea that they inherited the contract of my account. Then when I went to get my money back they said there was nothing that I could do. I'm sorry but that's underhanded and that's basically stealing. I'm sure you guys offer a fine experience but I signed up for a different gym I didn't sign up for yours You should not have taken my money. Then when I asked for it back you said there was nothing I could do well I do know something I can do I can put a bad review. And let everybody know how professional you are thanks bunches

This is a great place to work out. Lots of equipment, for cardio or strengthening. The staff is super friendly and works with you.

Having never worked out before, I got a personal trainer there, Joe. He showed me how to use the equipment, but more importantly we had a consultation to go over what I wanted, and hes helped me gain over 25 lbs within 6 months!

5 stars, easy

24/7 access for members, great variety of cardio equipment, strength machines, free weights, squat racks, a turf area, and a classroom in the back open to members when there is no class. Oh, and a sauna! Endless possibilities for a great workout - no matter if you're in your 20's or 90's. Great personal trainers to help guide your workout as needed, and close connection to physical therapists if you encounter an injury, ache, or pain which may limit your continued physical health, wellness, or fitness success.

Disclaimer - I am a physical therapist who works in the adjacent Ability Physical Therapy Marion location.

The therapists have been wonderful with my husband. He has dementia and they help lift his spirits besides doing a great job with him and PT. And Sadie the massage therapist is excellant. And Chris always is ready to recommend and demonstrate exercises specifically to target your needs. Cant forget Sadie at the desk, she is so helpful and always so pleasant to work with.

No other gym is like this! Very friendly patrons too. This place made all the difference for me. With a torn meniscus and early osteoarthritis I thought I would never walk again without a cane. Chris introduced me to a carefully planned workout routine, which focused on cardio, stretching, and building strength. While I still can’t walk 4 miles a day as I once did (still hopeful that will change!), I can climb stairs, walk about half a mile without a cane, and function in my life pretty much as I did before my injury.

This is a great gym if you want nice helpful staff and a non threatening environment. They don't have silly membership payment rules or contracts. I would give them 5 stars if they had more equipment.
