We went into the West Des Moines location today to look into memberships. It would have been nice to know that this location is closing. This should be advertised before wasting the time to visit the location.

This is a great fitness center! The trainers, especially Patrick and Skylar, have really upped my fitness level and confidence! It's clean and organized and there is enough equipment and space to feel comfortable during my work-out. It's affordable and the sauna is great!

I have to say that Fitness World West and Fitness World Ankeny is the only fitness club in the Metro that has everything I need for my workouts! Some days I feel like working with my personal trainer, some days I want to take a fitness class and some days I just want to workout on my own, Fitness world has it all for me all in multiple locations! With my Metro pass I get to choose whatever location is closet to me that day. Plus whatever location I go into that day I am greeted with a smile and they always have knowledgeable staff on hand if I have any questions, which is important to me. I would recommend these fitness clubs to everyone!

If you're looking for a gym that gives you top tier customer service, excellent equipment and plenty of room to workout...LOOK NO FURTHER!! This IS the place to go! Fitness World has an amazing staff, brand new equipment and even an indoor track to use! I've told all my friends about this place! Love it!
