FiZiks is a high energy cardio workout! Our classes range from 45-50 minutes long and are designed to increase endurance & tone muscle. With a variety of movements and stations, you will get your heart rate up and have fun!

Holy smokes, this is a great workout! I love a class that keeps me motivated with changing circuits. I've done other circuit training with a treadmill and weights, but this incorporates boxing and rowing too - I rarely box or row so this was a great way to try something new. They have heart rate trackers, which helps fuel healthy competition in the class. If you're interested, they have a body composition scanner for an additional fee and it's interesting to see how your body changes, even if you don't see them in the mirror. Check out a FiZiks class, you'll be happy you did!

Fiziks is an amazing gym with great workouts for any fitness level. The instructors are always upbeat, motivating and very knowledgeable. Everyday is something a little different so it never gets boring and makes the classes go by super fast. I definitely recommend and encourage everyone to give Fiziks a try - you wonβt be disappointed!!

FiZiks is a great workout! The format and variety of workouts keep me from getting bored and my body moving in new ways . The coaches are awesome and motivating which helps me give my all each and every workout ! If you want to burn some calories (and I mean burn calories) you need to give FiZiks a try!!

FiZiks is a fantastic, high energy mix of cardio and strength movements that will challenge people of all fitness levels. The heart rate based programming pushes you, but allows you to work at your own skill/fitness level. The staff is very knowledgeable and up beat. While the workouts are very challenging, the atmosphere and high energy music make the hour fly by.
Would definitely recommend to newbies and hard core athletes alike!
