This place was once one of my favorite places until the owner became greedy. long story short, greed got the best of her and never came through with her word. Tried pushing me off on another personal trainer that she hired to make sure i paid that person and still paid the gym membership, while i still had personal training sessions left with Ashley. Ashley made it very inconvenient for me, as she tried to offer her services, knowing that could not meet my needs because of my work. She then went on social media to attack me because I made it public that i was no longer letting her try to take advantage of me and push me off on someone else because she didnt want to come into work to fullfil my needs wheny schedule has never changed in 4 years. I highly recommend meskwaki rec center that is way cheaper and has and full track and FREE personal trainers.

I highly recommend Flex Fitness. I was visiting town for two weeks and I was able to get a visitor’s membership. The gym was clean, had a wide variety of equipment, and everyone was very friendly!!
