I’ve been training with Jordan for a few years now and I highly recommend him. It’s nice to be able to go to the privacy of his gym and not have to go to a public setting. He is very flexible with what you need him to work on, whether it’s cardio or strength training, he can quickly change gears and have a great plan. He keeps you accountable!

I started working with Jordan postpartum, and it completely transformed my recovery!
After having my first baby, I struggled to regain my strength. But with his expert guidance, I was able to rebuild my muscles and get significantly stronger.
Now, I’m continuing to work with him during my second pregnancy, and I genuinely can’t emphasize enough how much better I’ve felt because of our sessions. Not only have I maintained my muscle tone, but thanks to his focus on strengthening supporting muscles, I've experienced a dramatic reduction in pregnancy-related pain. He always knows the right exercises to improve my posture and keep my body balanced, even as it changes.

Jordan was super great to work with! He really listened to your goals and did his best to help you reach them. Workouts were challenging, but were broken up into chunks which made them very doable! I 100% recommend Jordan to anyone who is wanting to meet with a personal trainer.

I highly recommend training with Jordan! He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He is flexible in rescheduling if you can't make it; but most importantly, if something on your body is hurting, he knows how to adjust the exercise immediately to relieve the pain. He tracks your progress and pushes you each week to do more. If you're thinking about training, I would not hesitate to use Jordan.
