We joined hoping to get swim lessons for our son. We started him at 7 months old and kept him in it until he turned 2. Our sons was ready to learn to swim from the get go and even after promoting to the next class we quickly realized how hindering this school is. They aren't teaching children swim skills they are simply getting them comfortable with water. Even school aged children weren't getting adequate swim training and more or less being held and helped by staff members. This farce of a program didn't feel safe and it was overpriced to have my child splash in the water for a "lesson".

I strongly consider building a cowboy stock tank pool, coating it in flex and seal to prevent rust & investing in teaching your child or finding the right instructor.

I am disappointed that my son was unable to learn to swim after a year and a half of "lessons". You're basically just paying to splash in the pool and "getting comfortable with the water" but nothing changes even if they show they are comfortable in the water, goldfish swim school doesnt look at your childs progress, they only promote them based on their age. My son was jumping in the water to try and swim and they still never taught him a thing.

Stay very aware of what is going on in the pool for all ages if you want to try this place out but they are not reaching children here, they are just draining your bank account while your kid enjoys time in the water.

As a mother, and survivor of SA, it was unsettling how hands on the children the staff members seemed to be with school aged kids and how the older kids also seemed to not improve.

This is a very great place to take your kids to learn how to swim they are affordable, work with your schedule, and are flexible when you need to make up lessons. I would highly recommend this place for anybody who is looking for a place to take their kids to learn swimming.

Our son has been coming to Goldfish for three years and we have seen him progress so much! He had no prior experience swimming as a three-year-old, but is now more aware of how to keep himself safe in and around the water. The instructors and staff are all so kind, patient, and helpful, and they provide updates after each class. We love coming here each week!

My 3-year-old and 7-year-old have been going to Goldfish Swim school for the last 2 months. It's amazing how much they've grown in such a short amount of time. My son who is three was scared of the water but now is brave enough to put his head all the way under and splash. My 7-year-old daughter just advanced from the glider 1 to glider 2 class today. She is so much more confident in the water, holding her breath and flipping from front to back, as well as doing big strokes. The facility is well organized and clean. The staff is very accommodating. I'm so grateful that I can take both of my kids to class in the same time frame, even though they're in different lanes, swimming at different levels.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Goldfish Swim School!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. My son was terrified of getting his face wet—just the thought of water near his eyes would send him into a panic. But after only a handful of lessons at Goldfish, he’s like a little fish! He now goes underwater with total confidence and joy.

Every single staff member has been incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and their progress. The level of professionalism and warmth is unmatched.

We had tried another swim school before this, and the difference was night and day. The other place was inattentive and even rude at times. Goldfish, on the other hand, blows every expectation out of the water. It’s been worth every penny—A+ all around!

Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, supportive, and fun environment for their child to learn to swim.

My 1 year old daughter has been in swim lessons for 6 weeks now and has already learned how to do kicks, pulls, climb out of the pool, hold herself onto the wall, and is comfortable doing underwater dips! I’m so excited to see how much more she learns- the teachers are great and I love that I can be in the pool with her! Highly recommend Goldfish!

My two kids have had the best time going to their swim lessons over the last 8 months or so. I really couldn’t have had a better experience with their instructors and with the staff. Everyone was fantastic but I feel the need to call out Robyn, River, and Calee.
River was so so great with my 4 year old, she responded so well to him, and it really seemed like he cared.
Robyn as well as everyone up front made us feel so welcome, we all appreciated it very much.

I'm giving 2 stars because the ladies at the front desk were always so kind and helpful. My 4 year old went to 3 classes,maybe 4. The instructor each time was always different I'm not sure why. I feel like a few instructors expected my child to sit like a statue and not move or speak and when that was NOT the case they became annoyed.. I quickly pulled my child from their group classes.

My daughter (6) was so fearful of starting swim lessons and learning to swim without her vest. We chose Goldfish Swim School and after just our first lesson she was in love. Our son went here a few times. Each time he spent around 3 minutes in the water out of 30 and the rest of the time sitting on the side of the pool so of course he was not engaged. We paid for a couple of months but only went to three visits. Definitely would not recommend due to our experience for our almost five year old son.

My 5 year old started lessons about a month ago and I’m so impressed! He has already became more comfortable putting his head under water and has a smile on his face the entire time! I appreciate the COVID precautions with the spacing of chairs for parents and that the changing rooms are disinfected frequently. It always appears clean and everyone is friendly! Our 5 month old son began taking swim lessons at Goldfish and was immediately comfortable in the water. His instructor, Miss Francesca, is wonderful with him! We weren’t actually members until after the recent reopening due to COVID, but we’ve felt safe each visit including our tour. Rooms are always marked whether they’ve been used or not, masks are provided and there’s plenty of space to distance ourselves.
