This is a great way to get started getting in shape, you do a series of exercises doing 3 sets! for me after 3 set I'm sweating pretty good! Its going to be a good start to get in shape!

I have now been going to Great Vibrations for 2 months. I absolutely love going here to work out! The exercises change daily, so you never get bored. The entire staff is amazing, they are there to help you succeed. I signed up for the 16 week challenge. So far I have lost 5lbs, gained lean muscle mass and lost body fat. You get a full body workout in a half hour. The unique thing about Great Vibrations, is the vibration plates. Half of the exercises are done on these. There are so many benefits to using these plates. If you are looking for something new and different, in a rut with your workouts, why not try out Great Vibrations? What have you got to lose??? Weight, inches, stamina...this a a place for you!!!

This is the most helpful, friendliest fitness center I’ve ever been to. The special attention is awesome. The workouts are fast and non-stressing. I love the circuit training with a coach nearby to help with form and questions. And they serve amazing protein drinks with a smile.

Honestly, I didn't think it would be this challenging but boy was I wrong! You work up a sweat pretty quickly but I never feel like I'm "killing myself" like I did at the traditional gym. As a matter of fact I feel so much better when I'm done, because I know that I've worked hard and I didn't struggle to figure out what exercises to do to on my own. The fact it's all laid out for you everyday and all you have to do is follow along is great for the "where do I even start" mentality.

The vibration plates do whatever it is that they do, but my muscles overall feel so much better when I'm done. Kinda like they weren't aware that I was exercising! The 30 minute circuit is perfect for this busy mom as I go on my lunch hour and never feel guilty for taking time away from the family for myself. I'm down 8# in two weeks so I'm very excited to see what 16 weeks brings!

June, 2018 I found Great Vibrations through a friend. I signed up for 3 free visits that day. After the three visits, I was hooked. The vibration plate along with the pre-determined exercises each day allowed me to workout more confidently and the vibration motion provided rehabilitation for my knee and hip pain. The personal trainers that are available provide the instruction for each exercise and assist with good form. Stop in and visit Heather or Ann for complete information and instruction. You will be HAPPY you did.

I started using the vibration plate when recovering from a severly broken ankle that required surgery. The plate helped me increase blood flow to the healing area as well as increasing the effectiveness of my limited activity. I highly recommend these workout for all fitness levels and the small group training allows for modification based on your specific needs.
