The treadmills here are awesome and keep track of everything and can be adjusted for workouts as you like. My daughter loved the stair stepper and having a fan nearby. Very clean!

I came here from out of town got a day pass and it was for 24 hours. That’s what the website said and a reason for coming to this place. With it being a 24 hour pass I would return the next day and it wouldn’t charge me for that day. This is their setup and has nothing to do with me. After I used the facility I guess they figured out that their 24 hour policy isn’t best for their profits I guess. So they came to the gym to personally check me in and even though I was within my 24 hour period they had me pay again and then go on to tell me that they have cameras so I better not cheat the system by coming in and allowing their system to let me in. As if I’m trying to steal a free session. If I pay for 24 hour access then that’s what I paid for. So in response they removed the day pass abruptly so that when I came back I had to check in personally with them. lol yea there’s plenty other facilities with better equipment than this place to come and get called a thief. Oh yea it’s not 24 hour access anymore. lol. Update: so now u resort to lying? lol if I walked in behind others then let’s see the video of me doin it!! Show me sneaking in. That sounds criminal to me so I’m calling ur lie out! Let’s see the video. Otherwise u committed libel

The gym at the start of my membership was great. A lot of equipment and workouts could be done at peace of mind because it was a small gym. Though cancelling my membership was extremely frustrating.

I had a no contract membership, so I could cancel whenever, but they require a 15 day notice to review my standing membership and my reason for leaving. I don't understand why it takes 15 days to read two sentences on why I'm cancelling and it makes no sense.

Additionally, I was billed another cycle of membership because I sent my notice on the 17th. I couldn't pay the new cycle because I was broke and was charged an additional $20. Something else I had to pay to put my membership in good standing to cancel.

This whole process of cancellation is ridiculous and because of it, I won't be recommending this place to family and friends.

Very solid gym with multiple locations across siouxland area to visit. This location in general could use some improvements at the moment but overall it is a gym with plentiful equipment, and friendly gymgoers, the price is fair and they many options for all to choose from. Love this place and will keep coming back!

I canceled my membership over a year ago and I started getting charged about 6 months ago when I never opened another account. The owner takes weeks to answer messages and there’s never anyone there to ask questions. She had no reason as to why I was being charged over $500 on a membership I never opened. That said place needs an update. I wanted to support the local business but that’s not a very well run business…

i got a membership here with the intention of going frequently, there are little notes all over the gym threatening you with fines and membership cancellation if i hold the door open for my girlfriend (who’s on my membership) anywho. i lost my job and she had to get surgery and so we haven’t been able to go and no longer want to as we don’t have time for it anymore. I just want to simply cancel my membership and on the website is says it’s $225 PER PERSON on the account if you cancel an early membership, what? no i do not think i will be paying that. just a fair warning if you want to cancel your membership early for any reason at all expect the money hungry owners to try and steal $225 from you.

Got deterred by the price. Who wants to pay THAT MUCH per month? Holy moly, it costs more here than LA fitness did in Seattle with all their higher costs of living! Why?!! That makes zero sense to me. And then to get out of the membership is the same hassle as all the other gyms. Why on earth do gyms make it so hard? Literally, every other type of subscription ever isn't as hard to get out of as a gym membership is. More gyms need to open, so it's more competitive pricing around here or something because that is ridiculous.

Edit: your reply doesnt help the case that it still costs more here than Seattle, which has a higher GDP, more costly rent, andoverall higher cost of living. Plus 3x as many amenities for the membership. Most gyms there compete with Planet Fitness and offer much more, and are bigger. Maybe if you charged less more people could join, and actually grow. Instead your gym price-gouges the people looking to improve their health and again, locks you into a plan that if you break early, you end up owing more than you hoped to spend at the gym. Its predatory, and I hope one day it stops and places like this get shut down for good.

This place is absolutely abysmal from leaving 21 passive aggressive notes to the sauna being broken for roughly 3 months and instead of fixing it they decide to just get rid of it ? Why didn't you just get rid of it to begin with instead you leave it there giving many people false hope that you might fix it. Not only those but every other item in the drink vending machine is out of stock. This was just an awful gym

Other then the Key Fob not working sometimes it’s a pretty dope gym open 24/7 and has a studio/turf room could use some newer machines but the older ones work just fine when they aren’t mistreated

The best thing about the gym is its open 24/7 and it has all the gym amenities i need to workout with.my con is they could swap out some of their old equipment for some new stuff and add an extra weight bench.

It’s okay, but it definitely is not clean. The sauna in the men’s area barely works and is disgusting all the time. It doesn’t get cleaned very often, so be careful what you touch... yuck! Do not walk around barefoot ever. Last thing anyone needs is a staph infection.

Having worked out at other similar gyms I have found that this is my favorite that I have been a member of thus far. There are plenty of free weights and places to use them. Also a good amount of machines. The entire gym is very open and has a good feel when you walk in. Not cramped or making you feel confined like some gyms.

They have multiple cardio stations including treadmills, bikes and ellipticals with various TV options. There's also a separate aerobics room where you can even choose your own video guided workouts. 24 hour access is a huge plus, and they have 5 different tanning rooms.

The owners are great to talk to and work with if you have any questions or problems. The locker rooms are clean and they have a sauna and showers. Also have a vending machine with water, sports drinks, caffeine, energy and protein drinks. Overall price for membership is as low as any other in town and well worth it.

I can't speak highly enough of this gym. Location is clean. Owners are friendly, helpful, and very engaged. Trainers will answer any questions you have. 24 hour classes allow us to feel accomplished even at 9 at night. Free day care for my toddler. Tanning is included and now 24 hours. Love the boot camp classes. I've lost 28 pounds, and am planning on losing more and getting toned!

They have always been friendly and helpful. The gym has alot to offer for a small gym. Super clean and the people who workout there regularly are like family. The owners have always taken care of my problems and treated me and others with total respect. Very professional!
