I love this gym. The "hot" part scares people off, but honestly, you get used to the heat and then the summer humidity doesn't seem so bad. I sleep better when I am going consistently. There really is something to the infrared sauna. The virtual training is good and always changing. There are so many different types of workouts you can do. Just try!! You won't regret it.

After 8 months I am coming back to say again that this gym is still a very big part of my life. I adore the staff-Jared always goes out of his way to be helpful, but everyone is very kind. I have great flexibility and my pain is virtually gone. I didn't think I would ever move around as well as I am now, and I am confident when I say that the heat and infrared sauna are really making a huge difference in my ability to do so. Be consistent and you will feel the results LONG before you can see them.

I’ve tried different workout spots around the Quad Cities, like OrangeTheory and the Y, but I never really stuck with a program, until I found Hotworx. I absolutely love it here. The sauna benefits are amazing, and the staff is always so positive and encouraging. Whenever I walk in and see Liv or the owner working, it instantly brightens my day. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I always leave knowing I got a great workout.

Best to leave a review is after a workout and admitting you are hooked. 120plus days of almost daily visits and I am so much better for it. It’s a positive experience with the heat and guided workouts, different incentives along the way too! I always leave wanting to return a few hours later. Add that the staff and owners are helpful when needed. It took an awesome friend to get me going, but this place is the hook.

I've been trying to be better about taking time for myself and this place is perfect for it! I can squeeze in a quick 15 minute class when I'm short on time, or a 45 minute class when I need some me time. My skin is bette I have more energy, and I just feel better all the way around.

My only complaint would be that it's a little hard to follow the yoga classes as a beginner because of the location of the TV in relation to where you are. It's always clean, well lit, and inviting.

I would definitely recommend giving HOTWORX a try!
