I absolutely LOVE the Norwalk hotworx. First off, the staff is incredible. Every time I enter the studio they make sure to say hello and ask about my workout after I am done. They are so personable and feel like your friends!:) They also do an incredible job at keeping the studio nice and clean. From the bathrooms, the saunas, and the bathrooms it is always spotless. Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotworx more. They do a great job at keeping working out fun and exciting.

I've been going to Hotworx for a month and so far I couldn't be happier! I have more energy, I'm refreshed, more flexible and I feel great! The staff are amazing and always willing to answer questions. The facilities and equipment are clean. The saunas are easy to use. Highly recommend!

Do you want the motivation and direction of a class but to be one of 3 at the most? Or! Do you want to attempt to have no one watch you sweat?! HOTWORX! The best workout in a shorter amount of time. Everyone is so nonjudgmental and kinda as well. The added bonus is that I am rarely sore due to the magic of the infrared sauna and how you cool down! The Norwalk location is also convenient for someone living on the Southside of Des Moines!

HOTWORX has been a game-changer for me since I joined three months ago. I love that there’s such a great mix of workouts to choose from, it keeps things interesting and challenging. The private sauna setting is a huge plus; it feels like my own personal space to focus and unwind while getting a great workout in. Everything is always spotless and well taken care of, which makes the whole experience even better. I would recommend to everyone!

I’ve tried different workouts and been an athlete my whole life, and nothing has quite impressed me like Hotworx! I’ve been going for a couple of weeks and mainly focus on the full body cycling (hot blast), hot Pilates, hot yoga, hot stretching & rowing (hot thunder) classes and I’m obsessed! They really compliment my other workouts (mostly runs & walks) and I’m already feeling less sore and more toned! Highly recommend Hotworx & everyone is super friendly and nice and the Norwalk location specifically!
