One of, if not the, best gyms in the area. Very clean, great equipment, very cool gym. Small things are done correctly; restrooms and locker roooms are clean and well kept, entry way is swept and kept clean, lifting area is kept clean and organized, I saw the staff wiping down equipment when it was not in use, weights were put away. Great gym culture. The posing room is very cool. Would definitely recomend.

House of Iron is hands-down the best gym in Cedar Rapids. It has new equipment that provide a variety of use and supportive staff members. The downtown location is clean, well-equipped, and provides a welcoming atmosphere - highly recommend working out here!

The gym is well planned with a great selection of free weights, selectorized and plate loading machines. Their cardiovascular equipment selection is nice and includes StepMills.
The locker rooms are complete and include towels and amenities. There are two cold plunge tanks and a spacious sauna.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
