I can't say enough good things about Ignite Yoga. It's been a safe haven for me over the last year as I've been moving through some difficult life circumstances. Abra, Emily, Mary, and Wendy are just a few of the wonderful teachers that have offered support, kindness, and a safe space for me to land and renew. So grateful for this place in our Ames community!

Very disappointed with a recent experience at this studio. I've been going off and on for a decade, this is usually a lovely studio but some of the classes have become so crowded that it's a safety issue. If you complain you get told youre "too sensitive." You get yelled at it the mat isn't right up against your neighbors. They're trying to put 30+ people in a room of about 500 square feet. I've done yoga in bigger cities that have less crowded classes. Either the room is bigger or they cap the capacity. For 20 dollars a drop in Id much rather do yoga at home with a kinder vibe and as much room to practice as I need. I feel they are putting profit over safety of their students.

Attended an hour long relax and recover class taught by Abra. She customized this private group class for my bachelorette party and truly invested her time in preparing an experience that was enjoyable for all experience levels. We appreciated her modifications and encouragements. This class was a great start to our day. Thank you, Abra!

I was a drop in and teacher made me feel at home. Everyone was so friendly. If I lived near I'd DEFINITELY be a regular student.

I didn't realize this was a hot yoga and pilates studio. The restorative yoga class I took was taught in a warm, stale room and the instructor did not roll out. Her pacing and chatter took me out of my practice a little, but it was still yoga and it still felt great!
