I really wanted to switch to this gym. When I went in to do a tour and see what kind of equipment they had the front desk person/personal trainer didn’t bother to come up to the front desk while I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes, then I wandered around the gym looking at the equipment and he still said nothing. Was about to walk out when one of the other patrons pointed him out to me. Still didn’t get a tour and the dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds.

I had a bad experience with one of the trainers at tiffin location and reported the issue to the owner. At first, he seemed like he wanted to address the problem,and was apologetic even mentioned meeting the following week which never happened.in the end I was left chasing him down with texts. My final text was met with no real consideration for the time and aggravation I went through—no discount or gesture to make things right.He simply offered there current monthly special. While I believe he may have meant well initially, the follow-through just wasn’t there. In the end, I decided to take my business down the street. I was really disappointed by the lack of attention and bad customer service from the initial interaction with employee. Overall highly disappointed.

I enjoy IGYM very much! it’s clean & has everything to offer for a great workout. My favorite is the infrared saunas. & of course the price is affordable compared to other surrounding gyms. I give it a 10/10

I have been a member and frequent user for over a year. Overall, i really like this gym. Everyone there works hard and is generally pretty friendly. It could be a little cleaner (dusty treadmills) but for the most part, it's well taken care of. My only gripe is that the two spin bikes are in sort of rough shape. It would be nice to have an upgraded spin bike to hop on that shows your cadence and resistance.

I also take advantage of using the MAC gym in CR on sundays when i can. This is a nice perk, i wish they would allow it for both saturdays and sundays. Overall, ive been really happy with igym.

This is my first ever gym membership and I was a little intimidated. All I had to do was ask and I was shown how to properly use equipment. I love that there is lots of equipment to use and lots of cleaning kits to keep everything sanitary.

All they care is money. My daughter signed up for a membership by mistake. All she wanted was a tryout. They charged me $70. When I called and talked to one of the managers, she didn't want to hear any excuses. She said if I wanted to cancel early, I need to pay $95. I told her I didn't want to pay anything, so she said they'll just stop charging me next month. Well, today they took another $100 for who knows what. I assume it was for early cancellation, BUT I told her I didn't agree on that. I asked for the owner's email or phone number, but she refused to give it to me. I'll complain to the CFPB. It's a predatory business. Be careful signing up for them.

I love this place! Lots of great equipment that you can't get at every gym - - a variety of kettlebells, battle ropes, a sled, landmine bar, and three barbell racks. I get a ton of variety in a comfortable environment. 5/5 stars!

Pretty good place to work out. I go in the evenings, and there is hardly anyone there. They have plenty of equipment, but they don't have everything. There are several of the same type(duplicate) of machine (chest press). Why would you have so many of this type? Have more variety of equipment. But, there is plenty to choose from.

Other than that, it's a nice size, has a nice variety of equipment and cardio machines. The place always feels clean and well maintained. There are lockers and the saunas are nice. But what happened to the TV remotes? And best of all, it's close to home.

Seriously lacking in attachments for cables. Also free weight benches are bolted to the ground directly under a light along with a quite a few other machines and a power rack that if you are doing a set on any of them you have to do it with your eyes closed or you will blind yourself.

Joined iGYM with my husband this year and we love all the equipment they offer. A nice cross-fit/freestyle area that we enjoy and plenty of cardio/weight machines. A fee free weight racks that are great but sometimes can be busy! A great gym for Tiffin

Beautiful space, roomy, and new equipment. Unfortunately, they don't keep it clean and they haven't had a manager for several months. I've communicated concerns to their senior person (don't really know who it is as they never identify themselves) but nothing much happens. Very disappointing.

Update: The floor and equipment cleaning issue has been addressed which I appreciate. Waiting to see what happens on the windows.

73-year-old dual lung transplant survivor was denied access due to the complexity of the check-in procedure between iGYM and Gympass. After using iGYM for over a year to support his health and well-being, iGYM canceled his membership rather than working on simplifying the check-in process or offering alternative methods of check-in due to his lack of smartphone/technical expertise.

Customer service was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than showing empathy and understanding towards his situation, the front desk displayed a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to assist.

A good gym however since ownership cut fulltime staff, the gym has lost some of its quality amenities. i.e. staff to clean/replace rags, staff to unlock lockers, staff to turn on the ceiling fan, staff to answer membership questions.

Terrible customer service, clogged toilets with nasty odor in the gym. But the worst is inappropriate young men that congregate in large groups creating personal safety concern if you are a loner female. I was stuck with a $175 cancellation fee even though I called several times and emailed cancellation request. Eventually had to reach out to multiple foreign and hard to understand agents at ABC finance. This club does not care. Try HOTWORX if you are a female over 45

Great gym close to home suitable for any exercise level and convenient 24/7 access for us early birds in the 4am club. I did have trouble getting in one early morning with the open path app and the 24/7 "help" number could not assist me after over 45 minutes on the phone sitting in my car outside the gym.But there was a quick response from management once normal business hours began. Krista was great and got me a scan card so I never have to deal with the app again.

Warning: sending out caution about signing up for a membership at Igym in Tiffin Iowa! I may have an auto immune disorder and had a terrible neck injury recently. I also have been struggling with my SI joint dysfunction and have to go to pain management at the University to manage my pain. There is no equipment that I can use safely now because of my worsening conditions. I have explained this to igym management
kindly and upper staff but they are making it very difficult for me to cancel my membership. There is a $100 charge to cancel early. Other concerns I have is the door does not have handicap access which makes it very difficult for me to get in and out. Very frequently there is nobody at the front desk. Also several times that I have been there there has been a terrible odor in the gym and I have noticed that they do not keep up on cleanliness. Many times the toilets have been clogged and it has taken a few days for them to fix it. I have been locked out of my locker with my car keys and phone inside. I tried calling their main number and nobody picked up so I could not get into my locker. Fortunately I live in walking distance from the gym so I was able to walk home and let myself in by my garage code. I am sending out this message to be helpful, not hurtful, and to help prevent anyone that may struggle from an acute injury or chronic pain to take caution before signing signing up for a membership.

A great new gym for anyone at any level. The machines work well targeting the correct muscle groups while giving you a safe lift. The environment is also a 5/5. Mainly quiet because a lot of the people have their own headphones. Krista does a great job assisting “us” members and making sure we know where everything is located.
