A fabulous exercise program that has been around since 1969! As both a student and instructor for the past 40 years, Jazzercise has kept up with the times! It offers great music, effective routines, knowledgeable instructors and an atmosphere of fun and community! All ages and fitness levels welcome!!

Jazzercise Dubuque is a great community!! Yes it is a fitness studio where you can dance your stress away and it is a super fun way to work out but the friendships and sense of community are what keep me going back. I would encourage anyone to give it a try. You work at your pace and there is no judgment - just great music and great instructors and great friendships to be made!!

Jazzercise is fabulous; the variety of music is awesome along with ALL of the instructors. Having the various age groups and experience of instructors, I find key to helping me achieve my goals for the strength building and toning, I want. Everyone is very HELPFUL, if you need guidance or suggestions on "how to," just ask. You can attend class as many times a day as you want or, if you can only attend a portion of the class time, that works too (especially for those working MOM'S). Your investment and time spent towards your well being and health is priceless. Most importantly, it's time for you....I call it "ME" time.

Love, love,love Jazzercise. It's upbeat and high energy. All the action can be modified to fit your stage in life. I like the combination of cardio and strength and again that you can increase your weights or exertion to get what you want it of the workout. The dance moves are repetitive enough so you can catch on quickly but new routines keep you from being bored. One of my favorite hours of the day, i can come in with a terrible stress headache and leave rejuvenated. Let's face it, this exercises your brain as much as your body so you can forget your other problems for a while and enjoy!
