I’ve been going to Julie for years and won’t go to anyone else! Her knowledge of the human body and how to apply massage to relieve pain and encourage recovery is unmatched. Love the dedication and discipline Julie and team show to each and everyone of the pilates students. The studio is bright and airy and inviting.

Julie Hall Studio is absolutely amazing. I have participated in many of her services including cryo, massage, and Pilates. I always leave there in a better state than when I arrived. The Hall Studio is a wonderful, supportive place to exercise. Workouts are tailored to meet your body’s current needs and target a plan to increase your fitness level, flexibility and overall body alignment. The Hall Studio has well maintained equipment and a relaxed atmosphere.

Julie does an amazing job! She asks questions before our session to find out where she needs to focus her attention on. She creates a comfortable and relaxing environment, and between massage and cupping, I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. I am dealing with osteoarthritis, and Julie does a wonderful job of helping me feel better.

Julie is the best pilates teacher I have had over the past 12 years. I have had four other instructors and no one as ever been as informed about the body and helped me learn the techniques necessary to get the correct form for the different exercises. She is proficient as she is also a massage therapist and knows the body and the importance of correct form in pilates so one doesn't over do and hurt a muscle or joint. She has options for all our different aches and pains, strengths and abilities.

Julie Hall’s Medical Cupping and Massage Skills helped me heal quickly from whiplash. Her massage skills kept my ballet dancer daughter going these past six-plus years overcoming tight calves, sore feet, and a tight low back through the dancing years. Julie Hall’s Pilates Teaching Skills helped my adolescent daughter overcome imbalances and weakness in her right gastroc and soleus coming out of os trigonum surgery. Further Pilates with Julie Hall helped keep my daughter injury free by balancing muscles evenly around every joint. We will be trying targeted cryotherapy to treat excema issues. We are thankful for Julie’s passion for true healing ❤️🩹 on many levels. Plus, BEMER Therapy has come in handy too.
