I have been working with Kayla for almost 3 months now, and she is an amazing trainer. Kayla is so knowledgeable and has changed my body in very little time! Within 6 weeks my body fat was down 3% and my muscle was going up! She takes the time to write a program that focuses on your individual needs! I’m so glad I found Kayla. She is so smart and I enjoy every session with her. I am building strength and confidence everyday thanks to Kayla! Best trainer in Iowa! I would highly recommend Kayla as a personal trainer!

Icon, amazing, queen, etc…the list could go on and on. Kayla created at home programming for me tailored to the existing things I had at home (some dumbbells and resistance bands). In addition to being an incredible trainer with the perfect amount of prompt feedback, positive reinforcement, and patience for my many questions, Kayla is an impressive wealth of knowledge. Her diverse, fun, and interesting programming make it nearly impossible to get bored of working out, and it’s obvious with her detailed explanations and answers to questions that she is SUPER SMART and treats her craft like the perfect blend of science and art (with a sprinkle of charisma).

I worked with Kayla for 6 months and looked forward to every session. Kayla was always encouraging, attentive, and supportive. Her feedback and adjustments to my lifts/exercises were clear and straightforward. Her training program had the right amount of challenge while being attainable. She curated tailored sessions and nutritional plans while incrementally checking in on my progress. There is nothing Kayla wouldn’t do to make sure her clients were successful. Kayla, is a great trainer, coach and motivator! She designs the workouts that are best for you and listens if something needs changed in the workout. Prime example I have a bad knee and she designs my workouts to accommodate my knee issues. I highly recommend Kayla!

Ms. Kayla is the reason why I’ve gotten BACK in the gym. She’s dedicated to giving you what you need and won’t allow you to cheat yourself. If you think you CANT, ooooooh I promise you, she knows you CAN! She believed in me more than I did myself. Last set, best set. I’ve taken that and applied it to everywhere in life. Last set at the gym?! Make it the best set! Last flight of stairs?! Make it the best flight of stairs! Last leg on a walk with the pup?! Make it the best one! Last chapter in your book for the day?! Make it the best one! I’ve seen dope results that I don’t think I could’ve reached by myself.
She’s bubbly, motivated, motivating, 100% worth the rate, on time, extremely knowledgeable, personable, super funny (which makes working out fly by way too fast), and makes workouts fun. Nothing (including the workouts) has the slight chance of ever being dull around Kayla. I will always recommend her for whatever personal health and workout goal you’re trying to reach.
I’ve had another trainer in the past, and they DO NOT COMPARE. I’ve officially raised my standards for working out because of Kayla. For myself and others.

I have been working with Kayla as my personal trainer for three months. I’ve been very happy with my progress working with her. To the extent I signed up for another three month contract For continued personal and healthy physical growth
She always comes to the gym with a positive attitude. Additionally, she is a great communicator/educator. Most importantly she is knowledgeable about her field of practice as a Personal trainer.

Before working with Kayla my workout program was stale. I was not achieving the weight lifting goals I wanted for myself and needed a change. I met with Kayla about a year ago and I have made significant changes to my life. Kayla corrected my form and has shown me better lifts to get the gains that I want. I have enjoyed the progress and experience so much that I am getting ready for my first competition, which I never imagined I would do.
From a health perspective, before working with Kayla I was getting migraines and had a lot of muscle tension. Kayla worked with me and monitored how I was feel closely. My muscle tension has dropped dramatically and I rarely get migraines anymore. I’m 35 years old and in the best shape of my life as well as healthier then I have ever been. Whether you are you are looking for someone to motivate you, correct your form, or get you competition ready, Kayla is your woman!

Kayla is A-MAZ-ING! She takes my bad workday and turns it into a great work out! She is very flexible with my crazy work schedule and takes time to let me laugh at myself when she is showing me a new lift or movement. When I started training with Kayla, I could dead lift right around 100 pounds, now I’m lifting 165. My body is stronger, my brain is stronger, and the word can’t, isn’t a part of my gym vocabulary! Training with Kayla Reamey at the
"The Big House" gym in WDM, has been a great experience. She met with me, I explained that I struggle with menopause symptoms, and have a few old injuries that I have to be mindful of and what my weight loss goals are. Kayla developed a plan specific to my goals. Each session she explains what muscle group is being worked for each exercise and ensures I am doing it correctly, to get the full benefit of each exercise and avoid injury.
Kayla has this high energy about her and a can do attitude, that she bestows upon me in every workout. Her words are always kind and encouraging. Having Kayla on my team has truly been a blessing.
