GymAbout the Club
KiloTrained Waverly is a branch location of CrossFit Kilo out of Cedar Falls. The programming we follow is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. We incorporate a broad range of movements: endurance (running, rowing, biking) - bodyweight (lunges, air squats, pushups, etc.) - gymnastics (pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstands, etc.) - weightlifting (deadlift, back squat, overhead press, etc.) - and Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk, Snatch). With this, our program is designed to help our members reach their highest potential in terms of endurance, stamina, strength, flexiblity, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Watching the members hustling every week is amazing.. Located at the interection of 2 highly traveled roads, there's always time while waiting at the light to be inspired to be a hardbody;)
It seems like a small community of people positively encouraging each other to be healthier.
