Bridal Shower Perfection! I recently rented Living Yoga Quad Cities out for a bridal shower party and it was beyond perfect. The venue is perfect for hosting any kind of party really (Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday, etc) there is a full kitchen, bathroom, outside patio with covered gazebo, fold out tables and chairs. It was absolutely perfect. Coordination with Ayala the studio owner was so easy. We solidified the date and time and we were able to come 2.5 hours before the event start to set up all the decorations. Decorations and food is on you the party host, but having a full kitchen at the venue to set everything up and keep foods and drinks cold was clutch. For this Bridal shower we had 30 min yoga, followed by 30 min sound bath from the studios best instructors Ayla and Beth, and then the rest was fun bridal games and enjoying food on the patio with gifts for the bride. This venue space is perfect for party sizes up to 20 people. Highly highly highly recommend this space for party events. This is will absolutely be my new go to venue.

Living Yoga is such an incredible and welcoming studio! I recently attended a fundraising event there and had an amazing time from start to finish. The event began with a yoga class featuring 108 sun salutations—a truly transformative experience. I was amazed at how such a simple yet powerful movement could work my entire body. I definitely felt it in my arms and shoulders the next day, but in the best way possible!
After the yoga session, the fun continued with tie-dying, delicious food, and a lively get-together outside the studio. It was the perfect opportunity to connect with others and enjoy the relaxed and supportive atmosphere Living Yoga offers. Ayla, who hosted the class and event, made the experience even better. She was full of energy, encouragement, and made sure everyone felt at ease and had a great time.
This event highlighted everything I love about Living Yoga—it’s more than just a place for yoga, it’s a community where creativity, wellness, and connection thrive. I can’t wait to return for more classes and events!

Living Yoga is my favorite studio in the area! I come here for my weekly (or sometimes 3x per week) therapy session. I have found that I am more mindful in my everyday life and have less anxiety. Ayla and the other instructors are amazing teachers and supportive. I’d highly recommend this studio to any beginners wanting to try out yoga for the first time or those wanting to expand their practice. The hot(ish) studio is super inviting and Ayla is always finding new ways to improve/expand the space.

So I am a 47 year old construction worker and have only been doing yoga for a short time. I have never in my life ever wanted anything to do with hot yoga. Being hot on purpose sounds like angry time to me. However, possessed by a spirit of curiosity and openness I decided to try a class, A hot one, at Living Yoga. To my surprise I absolutely loved it. I go now as often as I can and have always left a class feeling not only physically better but mentally as well. The teachers that I have met have all been very enthusiastic and absolutely in love with what they do and it shows. I feel comfortable and heard. I never fail to leave the studio better than when I got there. I recommend Living Yoga to anyone who will listen. Try it out and see for yourself.

I had my first class today and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The space is beautiful and I felt welcome from the first moment. The flow and message was exactly what I needed. I received a lot of encouragement to make it my own practice, but was given very skilled and knowledgeable instruction as well. Will definitely be back again!

I have been intimidated to try yoga especially in a group of people. Ayla gave me the confidence to try. The atmosphere & class was the perfect reset that my mind & body needed to function with ease in the hectic life I lead.

It was my first time at yoga for me and it could have not been a better experience!! I was super nervous but from the minute I walked in the door Ayla made me feel right at home :) The vibe in the studio was very comfortable and all of the students welcoming. Ayla was very knowledgeable and came around helping students with their poses. You can tell she has a kind sole. I cant recommend Living Yoga Quad Cities more!!!

I am so grateful to have found Living Yoga QC! Ayla is patient and knowledgeable, the space is clean and welcoming, and the classes are fantastic.

I have flirted with yoga off and on for many years looking for the right studio or the right teacher. Ayla manages to have the delicate balance of being both down-to-earth and spiritual so that her classes aren't off-putting in any way. You feel welcomed and capable in her care. She explains poses and physiology and walks you through how to do poses at your own body's pace.

Additionally, because she understands her practice she's able to work with students' individual needs and speak to what specific stretches will help with specific issues or injuries (I have a few).

The price is great, the parking and location are convenient, and Ayla is an excellent instructor.
