Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Love Life and the people here. I debated taking a class here for a long time because I was nervous to try a new studio, but when I showed up for my first class I immediately felt welcomed by the instructor and other students. The instructor(Harper) remembered my name throughout my first class. She hyped me up SO much, used me as an example to other students, and gave me advice on how to strengthen my technique. Immediately following that pole class I booked another one for the next week.

Months later I now attend classes about three times a week at Love Life, and I try to attend most workshops and events they put on. I love seeing new students come to the studio and have an amazing time like I did when I started coming here. I’m so grateful for the sense of belonging that I’ve found here, and I’m always looking forward to my next class. I’ve made so many new friends and I always encourage people I know to try a class here with me.

I have been going to love life pole for about 3 months for mostly lyra with a few pole classes here and there and it has been such a wonderful experience! I have felt supported and encouraged by the instructors in every class. They are all so sweet and while they all have different teaching styles, I always leave class feeling accomplished and confident due to their amazing teaching skills. They are inclusive of all humans and meet you where you are skill-wise. I am so glad I found this place and love seeing my progress! It is also so motivating to get cheered on by the instructors who I can tell are genuinely excited to see us learning!

Out of shape and looking for a physical hobby I could stick with I signed up for my first pole class in May 2025 after a recommendation from a new friend. I showed up not knowing what to expect but ended up having an excellent time.

The class sizes are perfect for getting direct instruction and feedback. As a beginner the instructors were excellent in their demonstrations and guidance, at no point did I feel lost or left behind.

The studio has a number of instructors each with different backgrounds and styles providing an excellent learning environment. I have worked with 8 different instructors over the last 3 months and they have all been encouraging and informative.

The instructors provide great advice and next steps for you at your current skill level. For a total beginner there was plenty of direction to get started without knowing anything and as my experience grew it was easy to approach instructors about specific goals and work towards accomplishing them.

I highly recommend anyone of any experience, gender, age, or confidence level give the studio a try. Love Life Pole Studio provides amazing Pole and Lyra classes you can take for a spin without any experience and want to keep coming back as you get the swing of it.

This place is so amazing! I've been attending classes for a couple of months now, and everyone in every class has been so kind, fun, and supportive--students, teachers, everyone! I'm 50 and have never danced, so I came into this pretty nervous. But the instructors I've had, Sam, Harper, and Aja, are all lovely, inside and out. I took a Pole Virgins class on a Friday with a friend of mine. I was nervous and excited never having done this type of fitness class before. Vita was the instructor and she had such a fun and accepting energy! Edit 3/25: I’ve been going here for almost a year now and this studio is awesome! Harper is an amazing and very knowledgeable instructor, and she really celebrates your victories with you. Vita’s flows are unmatched, and Tristabel’s flex classes have me more flexible than I have been in ages. These are some of my favorite classes to take but I honestly have never had a bad class. All the instructors are kind and extremely talented! I’m plus sized but they let you learn things at your own pace, and everyone is so supportive of each other, I love the vibe here ❤️

My experience so far at Love Life Pole Studio has been so fun and I feel so much stronger after completing my 10 class package. I am going to get myself more classes because I loved it so much. The studio is located inside of Valley West Mall and is has a great vibe. All the instructors I've taken class with have been skilled and professional while also creating a safe and welcoming environment. My first class was with Sam and she immediately got all our first-timers feeling comfortable and confident in the space. Class with Aja always had me giggling and having so much fun. And I always learn so much in Harper's class, she explains the tricks very well and gives amazing demonstrations. You can take both pole and lyra classes here. Sometimes they even offer fun workshops like Valentines lap dance class. I also saw that you can rent this space for private parties. I’m halfway through my first 10 pack of classes and I’m absolutely hooked! I love finding out-of-the-gym fitness opportunities and these classes have refreshed my mind and body. Pole Virgins classes are a great strength and core workout with opportunities to challenge yourself or take it slow in your comfort zone. I’m looking forward to trying some intermediate classes soon. The cost is super accessible and the product is excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they put you at ease. This year for my birthday I wanted to do a pole class! I have been wanting to try this studio for quite some time. From the moment of booking, I felt in good hands. All of my questions were answered and any request that I had seem to be no issue. On the day of my party, Felicia, the owner called me before arriving to make sure that I knew everything was ready to go. The playlist she made was set and that Sam and Harper would be there to guide us through the class as she could not be present. Can I give more than 5 stars? From beginning to end this was one the best experiences ever. Booking was super easy, the communication was excellent, and the teaching of the actual class was top notch. Honestly I can't think of one little thing to make the experience better. I booked a group party and my friends can't stop talking about how much fun they had. It definitely is a great experience and can be modified for everyone (age, ability, comfort level).
From the start we felt super welcome and comfortable. The instructors took the time to explain everything.. even multiple times ;) until everyone got it and even helped assist in some of the moves.
I know I am looking forward to taking some more classes and will have another party here again!

This studio is a great place whether you are a beginner and just starting out or have some or a lot of experience with pole dancing. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, welcoming and each have their own interesting style of teaching. My favorite happens to be Chelsea, she has a FANTASTIC sense of humor and so much energy and enthusiasm, she made me feel comfortable immediately. I attended the Night of Neon Halloween Pole Party and I left speechless. I had no experience and was extremely nervous to go. I am so grateful that I did. I left feeling empowered, IN LOVE, and addicted. The instructors were patient, encouraging, and thee most talented and fiercest group of women I’ve ever met. I can’t wait to go back. Sunday, August 25th I had my first pole virgin course with Chelsea! My friend came along with me, and Chelsea was absolutely friendly, positive, and jovial about sharing her passions. She made us feel comfortable in the space, asked us questions about ourselves, she really wanted to get to know the people she was going to teach.
During the class she was super encouraging and very helpful for guiding hand positions. Chelsea would make it very clear she was down to help us nail our moves without any pressure for perfection. Which is always comforting and luckily I never felt alone with my fellow virgins. Chelsea would interact with EVERYONE, never wanted anyone to feel left out, and always checked in. So I felt like I could trust my group to watch my struggles and successes!
The venue offers basics like yoga mats for stretching, alcohol and cloths to keep the poles dry and clean, and even had water and super cute stickers available for purchase! The classroom is so sleek and well decorated with lots of cute shoes, the iconic neon sign, and greenery as seen in the photos.
I hope if you come, know that you’re in good hands and you are WELCOMED!🥰

I went to Love Life Pole Studio for the first time last weekend and it was so incredible! From the second I walked into the studio I felt welcome and comfortable! The instructors and other participants were all amazing and so kind and supportive, it's a great environment!
I went for a lap dance workshop and it was so good yall! I think my biggest takeaway was how much bang you get for your buck! The class was taught by Felicia, the owner, and Harper, the co-owener. They were both great teachers who made the class fun, adaptable to all skill levels, and a great learning experience! We got to learn a routine with pole choreography, floor work, and a lap dance which was amazing because I was expecting to just get to learn about lap dances! So I loved the opportunity to learn and experience other things I've wanted to try as well! We learned so many different fun moves for lap dances and how to put them together into a dance, and the instructors worked individually with each participant to make sure we felt comfortable and confident in the moves.
I think one thing that's super great is the wide array of experiences and backgrounds the different instructors have at this studio! It really enhances the experience to learn from different perspectives and experiences!
I would so recommend this studio to anyone! Whether you're looking for fun, for a great workout, help learning about working in the exotic dance industry, or for a great way to build confidence, this studio has it all!
I can't wait to go back!

Love Life Pole is a great studio with plenty of room to move around. It had everything I needed to get started. This was my first class ever. Holly was an incredible teacher. I had no idea what to expect. Holly made me feel at ease and comfortable immediately. She does a great job reading everyone’s comfort and skill level and making adjustments. Large beautiful clean space. Very welcoming, positive, encouraging environment. Knowledgeable and skilled instructors. As a person that is active in gyms and other forms of fitness pole fitness has really boosted my confidence in finding beauty in movement and pushing my body to do things I never thought I could. The owner was one of my very first instructors and is very encouraging when it comes finding your movement also provides spotting if need be. One thing I suggest is not only try one class but keep coming back. Don't get discouraged if you don't get something right away and remember it's OK to be terrible at this starting out. This is such a fun way to move and be active. Ask questions and let your guard down because you will meet the nicest people ever here while having fun!

What I ABSOLUTELY LOVE about this place, is the fact they are willing to include ANYONE from any walk of life with open arms! It doesn't even matter the skill level you are at, they work with you until you master each move until you are comfortable with moving forward! I went into class so nervous I just started dancing and really didn’t think I knew what I was doing. As soon as I walked in she was so welcoming and friendly!
