MF2 training are a mind, body spirit transformation. It really is multi-functional fitness, the 1:1 sessions are challenging and a judgement free zone and the workouts and app make it easy to create healthy habits for yourself. I worked personally with Ian who is amazing (also not bad on the eyes) I can't recommend MF2 training enough!

Ian is an excellent Personal Trainer and Health Coach. You will always find him with a smile on his face and ready to help and encourage you with your goals. Two things that really stand out with Ian is his genuine interest in wanting to help you. You can tell from the very start that your interests in what you want to accomplish are first priorities for him and it's about what you want to do, not what he wants. Second thing is that he keeps things very balanced. He understands that sometimes life throws us curve balls and family items come up and he's compassionate about working with you as you deal with those things. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone and everyone.

My oldest son and I had a great experience training with Ian at MF2 Training. We had different fitness goals: I wanted to improve my strength and agility, and my son wanted to increase his strength and confidence.
