About the Club

Veteran owned Fitness studio that takes a health and medical approach to members fitness programs.
Our members enjoy a full program that takes into account their current fitness levels, goals, and needs analysis for all the following categories:

- Posture, Balance, Movement, and Overall Kinesiology Screening
- Flexibility Assessments
- Cardiorespiratory Fitness
- Muscular Strength and Endurance
- Behavior Strategies

Our Fitness center has flexible billing options for our members. Our most common membership being a weekly pay-as-you-go system so you can budget and have flexibility for planned trips, work meetings, etc. that would allow billing to accommodate life's many interruptions.

Deb is fantastic! She really helps you understand your program and is a great teacher. The energy and atmosphere of the gym is also nice and personal. Deb takes the time to really focus on you and answer any and all questions you might have about most things health related. I tried several other programs and just couldn't find the right mix of fun / health conscious until I met Deb at MiHealth.

Deb is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and physiological functions. That's one reason how she can be so adaptive in your personal routine. In addition to her knowledge of kinesiology and how to apply excercises that work for you. Or accomodates exercises to fit you. Great communication and listening skills. She's completely focused on you the whole session and continually evaluating and editing what's working or not working for you. So you're not wasting your time going through the motions. She's very flexible. Her hours are more then what's on the door to assure your needs are met.
But most of all she supports your vision of your end goal and only believes that it can be accomplished!

I love MiHealth. Deb's understanding and energy is unreal. She really knows her stuff and enjoys teaching it so I understand my program instead of just being told what to do. Very friendly for whatever your abilities are at the time. I like how the space is private and easy to get to! Really, give it a shot.
