The best personal trainer out there. I am a 17 year old cyclist trying to race professionally but a back injury has stopped me from being able to ride or do many everyday things. Working out with Moody has helped me manage my pain and work towards becoming pain free along with giving me positive environment to help me through my injury both physically and mentally. I have had a fantastic experience working with Jeremiah! Not only has it been incredibly fun, but I have also discovered that my body is capable of more than I thought. As a former gymnast, I still deal with hip and shoulder tension, and Jeremiah has been highly attentive to these areas. He has helped me strengthen them, encouraged me to try new movements (which I was surprised I could still do!), and always prioritizes safety—never pushing past discomfort. I have had such a great experience that I referred my mother to work with him as well. No matter your age, background, or skill level, Jeremiah is an excellent guide for anyone looking to move, feel, and look better!

I enlisted Jeremiah's expertise originally for pain and weakness in my arms. After only 7 sessions I had great improvement in strength was almost pain free. The group sessions are focused and he makes excellent use of the hour spent there while also an enjoyable time with others. I would definitely recommend Moody's Movement.

Training with Moody for the last few months has been great. He's flexible with scheduling so I can fit workouts into my week. Heis always willing to meet you where you're at for the day, and there has not been a time I left and haven't felt better than when I initially got there. Beyond his training principles, you're hard pressed to find someone who is as engaging and enthusiastic as Moody to train you.

Before I began training with Jeremiah, I had persistent knee and hip pain due to running and high impact exercises. After 6 months of training at Moody’s Movement, I now rarely have knee/hip pain during my runs. Jeremiah excels at providing personalized adjustments for technique and increases difficulty at the perfect rate. I have done both private and group sessions and was given the same amount of individualized attention and feedback throughout our session. I used to feel really intimidated by the idea of going to the gym and using all the equipment, but Jeremiah helped me overcome that fear. He not only taught me how to use the weights and equipment properly but also explained what each workout does and which muscles they target. Came to Iowa city for a Hawkeye tailgate. Stopped by Moody’s Movement for a quick workout. Moody was super patient and checked in with me before increasing the intensity. After my workout, went on a gorgeous bike trail ride nearby based on his wife’s recommendation. Highly recommend! Definitely will come back whenever I’m in town.
