I discovered mat pilates thanks to Miah and I loved it from the first class! She is incredibly professional and has a beautiful attitude. She teaches with respect and humor, which I think is the perfect combination when you're taking care of your body. I also love that the girls on her team connect perfectly with that same attitude. You finish each class tired but in a peaceful way, and that’s phenomenal.

I just started doing Pilates with the Girls at move with Miah and I am in LOVE! They talk you through how to do each movement and are very educational, I have so much fun and such a great workout each time. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

I had my first ever Pilates experience with Miah after wanting to try for years, and it was so much fun, plus a great workout! Miah is very knowledgeable on alignment, she talked with me about my goals, and made me feel so comfortable. It felt like a 1:1 personal training session with a focus on mindfulness and some deep stretching that my body loved. I woke up the next day just the right amount of sore in muscles I haven’t engaged in far too long! Highly recommend!

I came to Miah wanting to learn how to move more efficiently and painlessly. I have been physically active since I was a kid. I thought I knew a lot, but Miah taught me so much more. I did one session, took her advice, worked at it and feel so much better. I wish I had been exposed to this when I was younger and still an athlete. It would have helped my career tremendously. Check her out as soon as possible to live better!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Miah is an awesome Pilates instructor! I have been doing a Pilates class with her for the last 6 months. I love that Pilates is a low impact workout, but it’s great because I can feel my body getting stronger. And Miah is a really great, encouraging and positive instructor! I never feel judged if I can’t quite do something, so it feels like a very safe workout environment. I highly recommend it, so if you’re thinking about trying it out, just do it!! You will love it 😊
