I can't say enough good things about the clean, family friendly 24hr access! From the moment I called, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. A wide variety of equipment including cardio, and tanning.

Highly recommend MyGym! There is tons of equipment and free weight options to accommodate to everyone. The 24/7 access to the gym and tanning is great. Not much of a crowd so never have to wait on equipment! Very excited to see the cardio room that is being added in a few weeks!

I reside in Pennsylvania and workout at "MyGym" whenever I am home visiting family, in Camanche, IA. Jay, the owner, has been very accommodating. He gives great lifting advice and is quite credible when it comes to anything related to fitness. The equipment meets my needs and I appreciate that it is open 24x7. In summary, I highly recommend "MyGym".

Awesome gym. I’m grateful that it is 24 hours and within walking distance of my home. It has a little bit for everybody but the bread and butter is for those looking to strength train. Built by lifters for lifters. Jay has an open mind and always willing to listen and improve the gym for those of all exercising backgrounds.

this gym was built by the owner off of a dream he had since a child. i love how much work and dedication he puts into the business as much as using the gym for his own personal fitness journey too. he cares very much for the business and is constantly upgrading where he can without making it just another basic gym. the gym also has a really good environment that i would recommend everyone be apart off it’s not just a bunch of random faces you see when you workout it starts to become a family you grow to love.

When I first joined this gym, I was told I’d pay a startup fee and then my normal membership rate would start the next month. That sounded fair, so I signed the paperwork.

What I wasn’t told is that they would take the startup fee and a full month’s payment at the same time. On top of that, they hit my account again in the middle of the month.

That’s a total of $109 in charges for one month. I canceled the same day as the most recent charge and was told there would be no refund. The paperwork I signed was supposedly “for their protection” if I got injured, but clearly it was locking me into charges I never agreed to.

Here’s the proof.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who values honesty or transparency.
