I cannot recommend Northwest Iowa Fitness enough! The trainers are very knowledgeable, and they’re great at encouraging you, all while pushing you to do your very best and reach that next level. The workouts themselves are great too! After using a different exercise program for the past 10 years, I felt I had plateaued. I don’t see that happening here though! The variety of workouts help to mix things up while continuing to challenge me. Overall, it’s a welcoming community of people who want to be better than they were yesterday and get fit while having fun. I love being a part of the #NWIFitFam!

I love Crossfit Spencer. Everyone there is really encouraging and motivating. It’s one of my happy places and I know I’m always gonna get a great workout in. The coaches are also really good at helping me scale the different moves so that it’s not too challenging, but just right for me. 5⭐️ Anyone can do crossfit no matter what shape you’re in because it can be tailored to you.

When I joined Crossfit, I had no idea how to lift weights. I was always a cardio girl. After researching and being told that lifting weights was a great way to lose weight and stay toned, I wanted to check this place out. The first day was definitely a challenge
that I hadn't expected. I worked out muscles that I didn't even know existed! Even though, I felt new to the workout and embarrassed that I hadn't ever done anything like it before, the trainers and other crossfitters cheered me on and motivated me to keep moving and finish the workout. The next day, I knew I had to go back. Not only did I want to show everyone who encouraged me that I could do better but I wanted to prove it to myself. After belonging to Crossfit Spencer for a little over a year now, I have never felt more at home. The trainers are always helpful whenever I have questions or need advice about my nutrition. Because of this place, I can now walk into any weight room and know what I'm doing. The workouts include cardio, too! I not only know my way around a barbell now but I can run further and row longer, too. I've been a member of many gyms but at this one you dont just feel like a member, you feel like a part of the Crossfit family.

Spencer CrossFit is a great place to workout! They genuinely care about your progress and forming a community of support. I was initially a little apprehensive because I had never been a member of any sort of gym. However, everyone was very welcoming. The trainers are great about modifying workouts to fit your ability while still pushing you to have a great workout. I would highly recommend Spencer CrossFit to anyone who is looking to improve their health, strength, and overall well being!

Kenzie and Jay have created such a great community here! The gym is always clean and organized, and the workouts create results (as well a great sweat!!) The owners, coaches, and members are all friendly and welcoming. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating to everyone - regardless of fitness/skill level. If you want a great workout surrounded by like-minded people - I would highly recommend this gym!

I love this place! I go here several times a week. I don’t go to see how much weight I can lift (although that’s a bonus) I go there so as I get older I will continue to remain healthy. They are so supportive and encouraging and you do what you can. I modify lots of things. But never judged for my ability!

I just completed the 6 weeks challenge and I have to be honest, it was very intimidating AT FIRST! Coming from someone who has NEVER did hard cardio at all besides ride my bike a few miles here and there... BUT I fell in love with it! The drive, energy, motivation, the people, the trainers and owners always made it so fun! The workouts were always a challenge for me but I always completed them everytime! CrossFit has been a life changing experience for me and I recommend anyone on the fence to just join in now! You will not regret it! I will be back!!
