Cassie is wonderful to work with. I have struggled with chronic pain issues in my neck, hip and back, but doing Pilates with her over the past three years has helped a lot. I love that she customizes each workout for me and what I have going on. I always walk out feeling better. She truly listens, cares, and goes above and beyond for her clients.

I have been working out with Cassie for years now and I credit Cassie and Pilates techniques with keeping me strong and maintaining my mobility in spite of my back problems and osteoarthritis. Cassie is careful and tailors the workouts to meet individual needs. I honestly get more out of doing Pilates with Cassie than the years I spent in PT sessions. Working with Cassie has truly changed my life, and I don’t say that lightly! Prior to working with her, my knees and back were in constant pain. I was introduced to Cassie and Northwoods Pilates almost 7 years ago. To say that she has been pivotal in my weight loss/life journey is an understatement. Admittedly I tried this thinking it would be a flash in the pan and it would not stick. Little did I know this addition to my weekly schedule would be the thing I was missing. Pilates is a great way to keep the body moving and loose. My core strength, balance and even focus are better than they have been my entire life!! I just turned 57 and feel like I’m in my 30s. Cassie is amazing to work with. I am about six months pregnant and it’s been so great to continue working out with her. She is very cautious of certain movements due to pregnancy, she is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Each Pilates session is tailored to my specific needs/level.
