After being a collegiate athlete for years, it was hard for me to find the motivation to work out. Pure Barre has been perfect for me. It is a phenomenal workout but also great for all ages. It DEF tones, lifts, and burns while building strength. I have never enjoyed or looked forward to working out so much in the past. The instructors are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ too!

If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcomed, empowered, and amazing, look no further! It only took one free class for me to realize this was my new tribe. I hate working out—always have! But this place is different.
Amy, the manager, was my first contact and she is fabulous. Nate at the front desk has an incredible personality and is so helpful. The instructors come in all different body types, ages, and personalities. They don’t expect perfection—just effort—and they’re always happy to answer questions and help with form and technique.
Classes run all day, starting early in the morning to fit any schedule. Bonus: They currently have a 75% off rack with incredible leggings and tops!
As a 43-year-old mother of four, I truly wish I had done this for myself sooner. I’ll never again feel bad about investing in my own health, and I can’t wait to see how this mom-of-four body transforms!

I would not have achieved my current level of fitness and wellness without Pure Barre and instructors. Initially, and with some exercises still need to utilize modifications to have proper form and beneficial results. I am grateful for the instructors taking time to answer questions, provide and demonstrate modifications as needed. I encourage everyone to stick with the program and utilize modifications as needed, you can still benefit from the workout

They offered a free class on Instagram to show what the class options are like. The introductory class goes through flexibility, strength training, core workouts, etc. to get an idea of their offerings.
It is a beautiful studio; the atmosphere is very welcoming! I couldn't make the day I originally signed up for and called a few days ahead of time to see about switching days; the front desk staff was very accommodating.
Day of class, I was running a bit behind schedule 🤦♀️😥 and I called ahead of time to let them know. I asked if I should switch days or still come just a tad late/I was on the way. The staff thanked me for calling ahead, and since I was only going to be about a minute or two late, just had me come in on.
I paid over the phone for the grippy socks they sell. They had an area set up with the weights/resistance bands/exercise ball/mat waiting for me. I was only about a minute or two late, and the instructor held off starting the class while I quickly got the socks on. 🙌
The instructor Dana was awesome! She stayed after the class and answered questions the class members had. She also helped me regarding the correct positions and ways of doing the moves most effectively. (That usually happens throughout a regular class where the instructor will move through the members, helping them adjust/correct position/posture to ensure safety and the best workout.) Dana did do that throughout this class but was also showing the moves since it was introductory.
It seems like a very body positive place, all age ranges, levels of experience, and body types. 👏🙌
After the class, the front desk staff and another one of the instructors answered questions about their membership program, drop-in classes, and their 10-class challenge. There wasn't any pressure to sign up, just very informative. The next day, one of the staff texted to check in with me to see how I liked it and felt afterward. I will definitely be back!🔥🔥💖💖🌈🌈
