My husband and I have been with Patrick for over 10 years! Patrick continues to customize our workouts according to our fitness level and needs. And he always adjusts intensity for either of us, if we're having an "off" day. Still highly recommend!

I would highly recommend working with Patrick at PWR Fitness. I have worked out and partcipated in sports most of my life. I always seemed to be able to manage my fitness and accomplish my goals on my own pretty well.

But now at 56 it is just not as easy and meeting Patrick has been a tremendous help!

With his realistic and holistic approach to fitness I am making great strides in organizing a fitness plan not just for short term gains but for a long term life style fitness strategy.

Patrick takes the time in a non threating way to talk about nutrician and assisting with work out routines on days without direct coahing and supervision.

Patrick is such a great trainer. I feel like I get so much out of a 30 minute session with him. Each workout is different and he keeps record of everything including how much you’re lifting. He is prepared to challenge me from the previous work out and is so encouraging and positive. Before coming to Patrick, I had zero experience with weight lifting or working out with a personal trainer. I felt completely at ease with him right away and it is obvious he knows what he is doing. I never feel pushed beyond my comfort zone and I am confident he is master at what he does. He set me up with a work out for when I was on vacation and I felt like a badass in the hotel gym compared to everyone else doing cardio. And he is flexible with his schedule, organized and professional. 5 stars!!

Patrick was my instructor for many years and there is a good reason for that. One, I needed a reliable person who will be there for me. Two, I wanted to focus on the exercise aspect for convenience versus trying to figure out what I needed to work on. Patrick was always ready to come with the workout material and he even mixed it up to make sure my different muscle groups got the attention they needed. He worked around my schedule and I trusted him with his suggestions every time I came in to the gym. He advised me on the proper diet and most importantly, I knew that without him I would not be able to achieve the results on my own in the period of time that I did by only exercising for a limited number of times per week. My wife also chooses Patrick for similar reasons.

Patrick was my fitness instructor for a number of years and I decided to write a review about his professional and caring attitude to make me fit and stay in shape. He is knowledgeable at what he does, he comes up with a routine ahead of time that is suitable for me and he keeps track of all the records and weights and exercises that I need to do on weekly basis while changing up the routine. As soon as I show up to work out, he is ready to go with a routine for me. I don't have to do any of the record keeping whether it's my leg day or arms day or core. I just need to show up and get ready to do my best and he is there to push me and to make sure I continue to improve and feel my best. Patrick has guided me through two of my pregnancies and I continued to exercise almost up to the last day. Two kids later, I continue to exercise with Patrick's routine and I wouldn't be able to achieve the results that I did without his guidance otherwise. He is truly an instructor that cares about me and he knows how to make a difference so I continue to feel and live better.
