We switched to Richmond Elite Performance after a year with another trainer, and the difference has been night and day. They are much more detailed in their approach and it feels like a real one-on-one training experience rather than just a workout.
My son absolutely loves going here! He’s motivated, engaged, and looks forward to every session. The trainers are professional, attentive, and making sure he’s learning proper technique while building confidence. I’m so impressed with the progress he’s made since starting at REP.
Highly recommend for anyone serious about getting the best training environment!

I have done both Weightlifting and REPX at rep and love it all. The facility has everything you could possibly need and want out of equipment and coaches. The staff is well educated and friendly. One of the best decisions we could have made for our son was to invest in his strength and agility training through REP. Jared is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in the field which is evident from the moment you walk in. We’re especially grateful for Matt Randone who has been personally training our son during our time with REP. He has built a personal relationship with our son to where our son genuinely looks forward to working hard & being challenged while growing not only in strength and agility, but in discipline and character. I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The coaches write me wrestling-specific workouts and I've noticed great improvements in my strength on the mat. There is tons of different equipment that is always clean, and the coaches are incredibly friendly and helpful. I also love the atmosphere because it's always motivating and positive, which makes working out enjoyable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being!

My son (high school football player) has been working out at REP for the past 7 months with Jared as his strength coach. The gains he has made during this time are substantial to say the least. Jared is a great coach! He works with all types of athletes who are looking to gain a competitive advantage in their sport. His workout programs are tailored to the individual to achieve their goals by using methods for functional fitness, free weights, plyometrics, cardio and proper nutrition. Jared starting working with our oldest son, Jacob, in 2020 when Jacob was 15 years old. He is now 18 and has completely transformed...physically and mentally (he has gained so much confidence). His devotion to powerlifting is 100% credited to Jared and his coaching style and belief in Jacob- and the results! Our youngest son, Carter, started with Jared in 2021 at 14 years old. He is now almost 16 and, again, incredible results in his physical strength and overall confidence. Jared customizes the programs to each of them and helps them achieve their goals (over and over again). After several conversations, the boys convinced me to give it a try. I felt I had plateaued with my workout routine and thought it couldn't hurt to mix something new in. Just before my 44th birthday I started training with Jared and am so glad my boys talked me into it. I never would have imagined I would be deadlifting or bench-pressing the weight I am...and I have only just begun! We couldn't recommend Jared enough! No matter what age you are- Jared will tailor the program to you. You won't regret it!

I was brand new to the sport of weightlifting when I joined REP back in the fall of 2020. I had been doing a bodybuilding style of strength training for years up until that point and I was ready to challenge myself in a completely different way. Jared’s passion for this sport runs deep and so does his knowledge. He has worked with and learned from some of the best coaches in the game and this shows in the athletes that he has produced. Not only is it a great environment to learn and perfect this sport in, but it’s an environment that is simply fun to train in, no matter what you’re looking to accomplish. As someone who has been lifting competitively for 7 years now, I usually was pretty use to lifting alone at different crossfit gyms. I’ve been going to Jared’s gym now for a little over a year now and I’ve enjoyed the environment and people he has cultivated since he opened last September. It’s my favorite part of my day. It’s been a huge motivation push knowing I will be surrounded by my friends and people with their own personal goals. It’s also been nice to have Jared there, who is also a high level lifter, to give me input and help me realize my potential that I wasn’t getting at previous gyms.
