We love Rise! This gymnastics team really has a positive vibe as soon as you step inside. There's lots of encouragement while working through mind blocks and physical barriers. You can tell the coaches have gymnastics running through their blood. We drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to get here, and its worth it.

My kids and I love going to Rise! Each of my kiddos are enjoying summer gymnastics classes! They look forward to it each week and are learning a lot! I love seeing them enjoy being physically active. Rise Gymnastics also has great fitness classes! With Zumba, Pound, Barre, and soon Zumba Strong, there are many great things to enjoy. My only struggle is finding enough times that fit my schedule!
