I am slightly intimidated by the gym but working with Anthony has made me feel more comfortable and confident.He is extremely knowledgeable,professional and makes every session fun.I am 60 years old now and want to live to be retired and not just sit in a chair.I’ve seen definite increase in my strength and feel more motivated than ever.I am excited to come to every session.Best decision ever to join Anthony at Robo tech .I do hope other people see this and give it a try it will change your life.

Working with Anthony over the last couple years has made me feel stronger in my everyday life. Anthony is a great trainer! He does a great job of keeping you motivated all week long with motivational texts throughout the week and weekly recipes. I love the fact that these high intensity workouts are short and sweet. I don’t have to spend hours at the gym to get a great workout. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Very happy I was introduced to Anthony and his company Robo-Tech Fitness. He does an awesome job working with me on my fitness journey. His program is great because it has a level of precision I have never seen with the machine he uses and the data it collects. It is truly next level technology. You don't set a weight it continually adjusts to your output. I love that I get a great workout in a short amount of time. I visited this location recently and was amazed to learn about this business. I am intrigued to learn more about how I can replace my current workout routine, spending an hour or more in the gym, with 20 minute high intensity workouts. I have to be honest I did not believe anyone could workout for only 20 min 2-3x week would give me the results I’m looking for. 6 months later the weight is coming off, I’m stronger then I’ve been in the past 10-15yrs. I have energy to get thru the day and my depression keeps getting better. I would argue QuickHIT Fitness to be one of the most innovative recent additions to the health and fitness field and it’s now available in the Quad Cities! Sessions are 1 on 1 with a personal trainer and only 20 minutes long so not having enough time is no longer a valid excuse. I highly recommend checking it out! Whether your goal is to lose weight, put on muscle, or just get all around healthier, this is the place to go. I work out here usually 3 days a week and Anthony does a phenomenal job making sure each workout is meaningful. Sessions may only be 20 minutes long, but most days I walk out of there feeling like it was an hour.
