Everytime I scan my card and go in they question me about my membership. Me and my girlfriend have a joint account and they has the audacity to go outside and call and ask her if her card was stolen!?? She called me mid workout and told me. I hate to every use the race card but I don't understand it. Cancelling our memberships tonight.

It is hard to get ahold of anyone. I call their phone number and leave a message. I do not receive a call back. I bet if I stopped paying them each month, I would hear from them.

The place is cramped. The owner is a pretty cool guy and they run promotions on occasion. Good place for beginning to intermediate. Club fitness and Golds have better equip. However, usually more expensive. I love that it's 24 hours though.

On a side note. I have snap because there are a lot of them where i usually travel. However, I believe the franchise is going under. All of their locations except a couple in each city seem to be closing down. Crossfit and high intensity gyms in all the major cities are killing off the snap type gyms. So beware. I'm not renewing my snap since they are getting hard to find :(.

Very enjoyable to work out here. Staff is enjoyable to be around and provides useful information about nutrition, workouts, etc. This gym is smaller but has everything you need for a person trying to get in shape. Clean, nice equipment, WIFI, and lots of TV channels.

Snap fitness on 42nd delivers a private non-intrusive environment free of meat heads to get fit. This location is clean and full of respectful employees that are a joy to work with.

All the employees, owner and trainers, are quite nice and wonderful to be around. The equipment is kept in great shape. The other patrons are easy to work around too.
