Have been coming here till 2019 and it is hands down the best in town. The heat works great as a recovery aid but you still get a great workout. Highly recommend

Started doing Hot Yoga this year and I’ves loved it. It is a great supplement for running/crossfit. Great atmosphere. Friendly, Welcoming people. Good range of classes from very early morning to afternoon.

I am relieved to have discovered Hot Yoga at Tapas. This welcoming and challenging culture is both addictive and accessible to someone like me with a prior knee injury. With the quality of instructors who each in their turn come with a different approach are all considered and including of their class attendees. I feel like I have joined a community here. And having recently turned 40, I also feel like I have discovered a fitness option into which I can gain strength, flexibility and balance sustainably and will really marked results that will only flourish as I age.
Hot Yoga is like the lazy girls hack for improved fitness. Burning more calories, and experiencing the benefits of cardiovascular work - that intense sweat - load bearing without the high impact, mindfully and calmly to counter the stress and cortisol reactions that cause a woman's body to hold weight, and best of all, in a world of decision fatigue and mental load, in this one area, I can access super results and never have to think beyond showing up.

As a busy mom of 2 who commutes 1.5 hours daily, making time for myself can be difficult. But Tapas makes it easy with 3 studios and a wide array of class offerings to fit my busy schedule. They offer classes and workshops for all levels, at all 3 of their locations. There is truly something for everyone!

Love doing yoga here! Classes are great, teachers are kind, the space itself is beautiful and the studio is heated to perfection - mirrors on both sides, big studio space. Will definitely be going back!

I would highly recommend this yoga studio. #1 they have padded floors - that was what honestly sold me for my knees. #2 is not over priced like other studios. #3 smaller size classes which I like personally, #4 great location in Bettendorf. All the teachers do a fabulous job. You won’t regret joining this studio. I actually prefer hot yoga over my other daily workout. You will love it!

5,000 Namastes! The classes are great- and the instructors cue every move. You can be a beginner, and not feel like you don't know what you're doing! If you haven't tried a class yet- DO IT! It'll be the best 60+ minutes you'll have all week :)
