I have been going to the Exercise Coach for over a year and can honestly say I feel much stronger, more toned and have a lot of energy! It’s so easy to schedule two, 20 minute workouts weekly and the staff is wonderful! Give it a try.. you won’t regret it😊💪

I started The Exercise Coach in October. I was very excited to begin the program with the intention of gaining strength. All of the sessions to learn the machines with a coach went so well, the coaches were wonderful, then I got to the last training session where I had to do the exercises from the board. I couldn’t afford to keep a personal trainer so those that do group work from a board. This session was way different than all the others. It had me pushing way harder than I ever had. Needless to say the next day my leg muscles were so sore I could barely walk. 3 days later I was supposed to go again and my muscles were still a mess. I was afraid to go. My whole mindset had been destroyed.if doing the board workouts with the trainer right there would do this to me how could I possibly keep doing this on my own? I went in and talked to the trainers and they were very sympathetic about my fears. I told them I mentally couldn’t continue. They told me they would speak to the owner to forgive the contract. As I expected the owner did not care and I was charged for the month in the future. It was a sad and defeating experience.

I started coming here in February as an out if shape 64 year old. I am an OR nurse and just did not feel strong enough to do my job. I would have lower back pain if scrubbed in all day. 8 months later, I am stronger and do not have lower back pain. My core is stronger, and I have lost inches, I don't weigh myself, but everything fits better. My posture is better, and I feel good. I would highly recommend Exercise Coach.

The coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable. They encourage you every step of the way! The entire concept of this program is incredible! Every session challenges me and I feel my joints and muscles getting stronger. In my opinion, it's the safest way to workout and build back strength.

The coaches are great, the modify an exercise if I’m having a problem. They watch me to make sure I’m doing everything correctly, so that I don’t hurt myself. Getting a good workout in 20 min is awesome.
