Coaches are amazing and patient. Feeling stronger already after just a few months. Love that I can feel like I got a good workout in just 20 minutes. I have some health issues so traditional gym workouts I just didn't have the time or energy for but this is definitely helping and I plan to continue!

I've been going since April, but really started being consistent about going every week, 2ce a week since the beginning of August. I'm so impressed with the increase in my strength and weight loss. I just had my physical and I'm down 5 pounds, 20 points in my cholesterol and 17 in sugar! All because I'm exercising regularly (40 min a week!) and eating healthy! I love the help each coach gives regarding nutrition ideas as we work out. Just as I'm about to give up, the work out is over! LOVE THAT! Highly recommend them!
