At The Well, we believe in the power of movement and meditation to awaken the mind to new possibilities, connect deeply with our spiritual side, and help us let go of limiting beliefs, strongholds, and lies. Our holistic approach ensures that every session nurtures both the body and the spirit.

10/10! This was my first time experiencing yoga! Kellie was incredibly informative, patient, and made everything feel approachable. She explained each pose clearly and offered helpful guidance throughout the session. I felt supported, comfortable, and more confident by the end.

Very nice yoga practice outside after a hike at Whitewater Canyon.
Only negative for me personally and thus the 4 star rather than 5 star rating is there was a religious element with connotations of god inferring a belief of which all will be well with this acknowledgement. As an atheist I was turned off and rather annoyed by this.

I attended my first class as a guest of a friend, and loved it! Kellie was welcoming, the space was very inviting. I didn't bring a mat but she provided what I needed. I felt a light core activation after the class and my hips and shoulders feel so much better.

Was invited to attend a session with two friends who have memberships. Had not heard of this studio before that. Very nice space and Kellie was a lovely instructor. I will definitely return for more classes. Very cleansing and was a reset for me as well.

I attended Kellie’s yoga class and Morgan Noel’s sound bowl meditation. The two instructors are a match made in heaven. Kellie and Morgan are very informative and creative. The yoga and sound bowls together made the yogi experience so calming and relaxing. I left feeling so refreshed/renewed. I will definitely be back again.
