Total Balance Pilates Studio offers a mix of individualized and group classes for all fitness levels. Challenge your core, strength and stability through customized pilates reformer workouts, stretch and relax your mind through yoga, join an energetic and fast paced spin class or one of our many group exercise classes. Classes change regularly and we offer adaptations to all formats and exercises. We offer an annual boot camp class and monthly social activities in the summer. Join the Total Balance Community!

I absolutely LOVE Julie and Total Balance! I joined as a gift to myself and it’s one of my better decisions! I’m so much stronger from doing Pilates and the gals I’ve met are great! What a wonderful surprise when I moved to Vinton! This community is very blessed to have Yotal Balance and Julie!

I have been trying to loose weight most of the exercise I was getting was on my own outside and when November came around I knew I would have to do something different, so I saw on facebook that Total Balance had a free introduction to spin class. I tried it and really liked it, so I sighed up on the website, and started. I like the atmosphere, and feel good going.

Total Balance was a life changer for both my wife Julie and myself. For 12 years we each took part in many classes per week including reformer and mat Pilates, spin, boot camp and many others. Julie, her instructors and participants are always positive and inspiring people to be around. Healthy living will remain a priority for us in large part because of Total Balance!

I have been going to this place for many years. Such a variety of classes. It happens to be about 17 miles from my home and wish I lived closer. My goal is to try and attend at least 1 class a week. Julie is an excellent trainer. Will motivate you with a fun attitude and give you the desire to always come back. She is also tops in her training with Pilates/Reformer.

I’ve done many of Julie’s classes ~ Bootcamp, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre and Spin and I’ve loved them all. Julie is an excellent, professional teacher and always provides encouragement and reminders ( like don’t forget to breath) so you leave the class feeling strong and wanting to go again. I highly recommend any class Total Balance offers!
